Nestled in a green area, the cottage (55m2) will make you enjoy a quiet holiday while quickly accessing the beach of Sainte Marie la Mer just a few minutes walk from the house.
Also, 5 and 10 minutes walk from the main street with all shops (mini market, bakery, clothes).
A ground of 300 m ² entirely closed and possibility of parking a vehicle in the interior court.
