Very nice apartment in a quiet area. Opposite the bay of Cala Pi, offers spectacular views. Fully furnished and ready to go, has 2 large bedrooms, living room, bathroom, kitchen, laundry room and communal terrace on the landing of the house. If you are looking for a unique place in Mallorca, surely this is your accommodation. In a natural environment, surrounded by pine trees and vegetation, it is a very quiet place and only 5 minutes from the beach of Cala Pi, one of the most beautiful coves of Mallorca.

Ideale Wohnung in Cala Pi
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und praktisch mit allem eingerichtet und liegt friedlich am Anfang von Cala Pi. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen herrlichen und ruhigen Blick auf die Schlucht. Der einmalige Strand ist zu Fuss in 5 Min. erreichbar. Wir haben unsere Ferien in vollen Zügen genossen.

Our stay in this apartment delivered on all things important for us to enjoy our stay for a short holiday (early June). The owner is very friendly and goes out of his way to support you. He contacted us up front through WhatsApp and was available for later questions. He is easy to talk to in English. The location is gorgeous. The view is spectacular (ignore the fence in the photo, it's less obtrusive when you're there) and the surrounding is very quiet because it's located outside the main village of Cala Pi. The apartment was very clean when we arrived. The living space and bedrooms are spacious for a family of 4. The interior is made to feel like a real home. The fridge, stove, dish washer, washing machine and other cooking equipment were good of quality. The beds are firm, not lumpy, and combined with the firm pillows we all slept very well and we were well rested. The bathroom was neat and spacious. Having a breakfast on the balcony is a treat. The only other sounds are the breeze and bird calls most of the time. The sun only lits up the balcony from later in the afternoon (which dries your towels in no time). The very nice beach is about a 5 minute walk away, we went most of the days at least once. (The water there was colder when compared to other beaches, because its' in a bay.) There's parasols and other play stuff at the apartment to borrow for use. The location is a good starting point for activities near Palma or the caves in the east. The first big, cheaper supermarket (Lidl) is 25 minutes away, we shopped there once for a week. The TV is new and has Netflix and Android mobile connection through WiFi. The quality of the internet connection is fast enough for browsing, youtube and said Netflix. All in all an excellent experience and at a much lower price then elsewhere. We would easily advise our friends and family to go here when visiting Mallorca! It felt more like a friends' holiday home.

Mateu a toujours été très réactif et très gentil dans les contacts sms ou WhatApp. Nous avons moins aimé Cala Pi qui ne correspond pas à notre type de tourisme (nature, randonnée).

A relaxed place to be
My daughter and I had very nice days here. The surroundings are quiet, but we were also there outside the season. The apartment has everything you need and is a good starting point for day trips. Mateu took good care of us. Again and again gladly.

Nette Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage
Wir haben fünf Tage unserer Herbstferien hier verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt in einer netten, ruhigen Wohnanlage am Ortsrand mit tollem Ausblick auf die Schlucht von der Terrasse. Gut ausgestattet - es mangelt nicht an Geschirr, Besteck und Küchenzubehör. Sehr praktisch: die Waschmaschine. Zum kleinen Supermarkt im Ort und den Restaurants geht man nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Auch der Strand ist schnell erreicht. Gut geeignet für Familien, die gerne unterwegs sind und die Wohnung als Basis nutzen.

Peaceful Apartment with a great location
We had a really great time! The apartment has a great array of accessories. With some beach toys for the kids, a washing machine and a great assortment of kitchen utensils (even a juice maker). The view is amazing and in the morning I often sat on the porch and watched the sun come up with birds of prey flying through the canyon. The beach is just minutes away and there is some good hiking close by as well. All in all we had a great time and will definitely come back.

Erholsamer Urlaub in Cala Pi
Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Woche in Cala Pi. Es begann schon durch den netten Empfang des sympathischen Vermieters Matteo, der uns noch am späten Abend in der Wochnung mit kühlen Getränken und einer Flasche Wein persönlich willkommen hieß. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht + Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Sonnenschirm für den Strand, Luftmatratzen, Matten, Handtücher....Außerdem liegt die Wohnung sehr ruhig und trotzdem nur 10 Gehminuten von der traumhaften Sandbucht Cala Pi, die nicht nur zum Baden & Schnorcheln einläd, sondern auch Ausgangspunkt für schöne Wanderungen direkt am Meer ans Cap Blanc bzw. zur Punta Plani (L'Estanyol) ist. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder!

Unser Urlaub 2016 war wunderschön und die zwei Wochen waren für die schöne Insel Mallorca viel zu kurz. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und haben uns im Apartment sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment ist freundlich eingerichtet und auch für unsere kleine Tochter wurde das Reisebett und der Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. In den heißen Nächten hätten wir uns aber gerne die Klimaanlage gewünscht. Das Apartment liegt in sehr ruhigen Lage, so dass man trotz Hauptsaison sehr gut entspannen kann und aus dem ganzen Rummel fliehen. Danke für den schönen Urlaub!!!

Netter Vermieter, schöne Wohnung!
Wir hatten Mitte Juli eine tolle Woche in der Wohnung an der Bucht von Cala Pi. Bei der Ankunft gab es einen netten Empfang durch den Vermieter, Führung durch die Wohnung sowie Erklärung der Ausstattung. Neben Handtüchern und einer vollausgestatteten Küche ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr ruhig und ideal um abzuschalten. Die Terrasse lädt dazu ein bei einem Wein den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Ich kann die Wohnung absolut empfehlen!

Tra mare e natura ...
Il proprietario si è fatto in quattro per renderci il soggiorno gradevole e persino nel frigo ci ha fatto trovare vino bianco, coca e acqua. Alloggio ideale per chi vuol passare una vacanza lontana dai rumori e in mezzo alla natura pur non trascurando la comodità e le prelibatezze che i ristoranti del Cala Pi offrono. ..... durante in ns. soggiorno non abbiamo mai acceso il gas per prepararci il pranzo .... E' indispensabile l'auto per potersi muovere in autonomia e libertà e per poter visitare le calette della zona. L'alloggio è spazioso ben tenuto e adatto per una famiglia di 4 persone; ha tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari all'uso quotidiano e offre una vista da favola sulla pineta che circonda la baia. Unico neo (e questo è dovuto sicuramente al caldo eccezionale in cui ci siamo imbattuti) è la presenza di alcune zanzare... prontamente debellate dall'insetticida trovato in alloggio. Una vacanza sicuramente da ripetere. Giorgio Vecchiarelli
