Human Touch Bali Massage Chair! This thing is amazing and is a great new amenity for our home. The foot massage after skiing or hiking is vacation changing for sure.

Recently upgraded TV's to 4K Smart technology so you can enjoy Netflix or Amazon Prime during your down time. Also upgraded WIFI to mesh technology increasing coverage and speed tremendously.

Built in a private twin home configuration, yet steps from the Gondola, Steamboats newest luxury property provides 3500 square feet of generous living space that's as functional as it is well crafted.

Each bedroom is richly decorated with alpine themed furnishings and equipped with flat panel televisions, stereo speakers and ceiling fans. The Great room and Loft area are wonderful spaces for relaxing together around the fireplace, shooting pool or watching movies.

Thanks to the thoughtful design and layout, guests enjoy a townhome that provides large, comfortable space perfect for family gatherings. The master suite and each guest bedroom offer its own private bath, allowing the entire family an individual retreat for solitude and renewal.

The master bedroom also features a gas fireplace. Each of the bedrooms is equipped with a 32' 4K smart flat screen TV and individually controlled stereo speakers.

The kitchen is state-of-the-art with a Viking range, double dishwasher, stainless appliances, knotty alder cabinets all the expected gadgets. The great room features an expansive stone fireplace, 30 foot ceiling, hardwood floors, a 50' 4K Smart flat panel TV with a DVR and stunning views of the mountain and ski slopes.

The large loft area has a 60' 4K Smart TV with HD digital recorder, CD/DVD player and an PS4 and Nintendo Wii all with surround sound. There is also a regulation 8' pool table and a full size Peter Jacobsen Golden Tee video game a Shuffle Board table and a table top arcaded game for a complete variety of leisure activities for kids of all ages. If you are still looking for more fun there is a ping pong table in the heated garage.

The balcony features a 7 person Hot Springs Spa to soothe your muscles or your soul after a day on the slopes or mountain bike. There is also a 5 burner natural gas grill and a table with seating for 6 so you can enjoy your meal watching the shadows rise up the mountain. In the lower level we have a massage chair that is to die.

Tastefully decorated in a log post and beam style with rancher's stone and aged woods, guests will enjoy the in floor heating in the winter and air conditioning in the summer, heated double car garages with heated walkways and driveway. Steps from the front door is an outdoor heated pool and outdoor spa.

My wife and I take our family, including grandsons aged 4,2 and 1, skiing once a year. This property accommodates our large party effortlessly, is spotlessly maintained and well located so that you can walk or take a shuttle to the ski area.

Family Retreat to Steamboat
We had a great stay in Steamboat recently. We were centrally located and had everything we needed at the house. The flexibility to dine indoors or out was really great, let alone we could get a few mean games of cards going in multiple locations. Jon, the local manager, was great and helpful as we navigated check-in and our arrival.

Great location and Amenities Galore!
We needed a five bedroom house to accommodate our family ski vacation and this house really delivered! We've stayed at multiple houses throughout the years at multiple resorts and this was the first house we can honestly say met all our needs and checked all the boxes. The house is beautifully furnished and wonderfully comfortable. In fact, everyone kept commenting on how comfortable the house felt. We have four adult children with spouses and three grandchildren, and each family had their own bathroom! With bedrooms on different floors, no one felt on-top of each other or in each other's way. The kitchen is well-equipped and looks out over the great room, making socializing while preparing food fun. Another great feature is the ability to walk to the slopes and rental shops, and for those not skiing on a particular day, it was convenient for them to meet everyone at the village for apres ski when skiing was over. Having a hot-tub at the house for after skiing was a real plus too! The entire family said it was an epic ski vacation and the house played a BIG role in making it so!

We enjoyed our stay in Steamboat and Cimarron 14 was the perfect place to stay. The small enclave of homes was really nice with a great pool. This unit had a beautiful view of the mountains from deck and we enjoyed using our outdoor area as well as the community pool. Nice little market within walking distance was handy for snack and beverage runs. Attentive property manager, clean, well-stocked and in great overall condition. Would definitely book again.

Great property for 5 nights, comfy, wonderful facility, especially view of Steamboat ski area, great balcony for eating dinners, hot tub. Game loft with pool table but shuffleboard unusable due to out of balance. Missing shampoo and aluminum foil that was slight problem.

Gorgeous Steamboat Vacation Rental
We had a large family of 13 that enjoyed the high quality accommodations and proximity to the base area. Everyone indicated they would return and appreciated the friendliness of other guests and the quietness of the community. No doubt the mountain views were spectacular and we were able to watch a high tech 4th of July drone show from the balcony. The pool area was relaxing and the deck on the hot tub was used frequently. We have stayed in numerous residences in Steamboat over the past 25 years and this was by far the newest and most luxurious.

We recently moved to Westminster, CO after 20 years in AZ. We are excited to be closer to our home in Steamboat as we can find more time to visit and enjoy the town and surrounding area. We are originally from Virginia and both graduated from James Madison University.

We are owners and managers and take great care in ensuring an enjoyable stay as we really enjoy getting to know our repeat guests over the years. Our local manager John is close and really makes sure your stay is great. He is a major reason we have almost all 5 star reviews after 15 years.

What makes this property unique

No where else can you play ping pong, pool, shuffle board, golden tee, PS4, massage and table top arcade in one home in all of Steamboat. This allows for lots of fun when resting up from your daily outdoor adventures. In addition we recently invested in a high end massage chair that is amazing to say the least.
