This ideal house is located close to town (1.5 miles away) with private waterfront access and views of Paradise Bay. You can walk, bike, or paddle to town or sit in the living room and watch the ferry bring passengers to and from the island. A roof top viewing area provides incredible open water views and a view of the harbor. Begin your mornings by sitting on the deck with a cup of coffee, or later cheer on your friends or family from the lakeside deck as they play pickle ball on the court below.

* Please note: There is a pole barn on the edge of the property that is not included in the rental. Owner will need access at times- sep. driveway.

we loved staying here. we had two adults and two teens and could have easily stayed with more. the home is spacious and most everything we needed was there and available to us! hope to stay again next year!

Perfect harbor location

This is our second year staying at this property and we've loved each trip. Close location to town and you get a great view of the harbor. Having the water toys available is always appreciated!

Gorgeous Practically-in-Town Getaway

Lovely property and super hosts! Great communication. We loved this sweet house with a surprise around every corner, expansive decks, charm and adventure amenities. Right on the main bay and close to town. Would stay here again for sure.

True northern paradise

Three generations of family thoroughly enjoyed our week in Beaver Island at this perfect location. There was something to do for every age; pickleball, swimming, biking around, quick trips to Donegal bay for sunset, or just relaxing on the deck. Debbie was quick to respond to any questions we had but most house and island information was clearly provided.

Perfect Island Escape

Perfect accommodations and location. All you need for a chill, off-the-grid getaway. Close to town, private beach and a pickle ball court to boot! The home is cozy, clean and well stocked with everything you need. Our hosts were also quick to answer any questions and provided all the information we needed for our getaway. Absolutely Wonderful!

My husband and I were here with our daughter and two grandsons, ages 11 and 14. We all love Pickleball and that was our main draw to this lovely home. The beautiful bay views on the deck, the kayaks and paddle board, the location to town and the comfortable interior were all big pluses. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, plenty of towels, and a lovely living space. We would definitely stay here again!

Action Packed Getaway On The Sea

This place is a gem. Knotty pine! A 1960s midroom hearth! A Widow’s Walk to see the stars! Plus pickleball court for your friends and family tourney and kayaks for fun on the water. Perfect for entertaining a large crowd and endless fun with a beautiful view. Plus, the best host ever. One of our fave places on the island!

Beautiful property on a beautiful island

Beaver Island is a bit of a trek but once you're there it is well worth it. The Paradise Bay house was perfect for our group. It was clean and spacious when we arrived and they have recently made some great improvements to the property. The owners were available and responsive before and during our stay to answer questions and help out with anything we needed. The views over the Bay are amazing and the yard, sand beach, lawn and pickle ball court kept our kids entertained all week. I can't recommend it enough.

Paradise Bay, Beaver Island

An awesome week for us ,our children and grandchildren. We loved the beach, kayaks and paddle boats. The cabin (home) was spacious, clean and actually felt like home! Very relaxing . The Beaver island experience at Deb and Robs rental will be some great memories for us all. We loved the sights on Paradise Bay and exploring the Island. Nice bike ride into town. And yes, we would return to their rental for a future visit. Chris & Jan

Paradise bay

A perfect beach house, sandy beach (with rocks, but hey, it’s not the ocean) lookout deck, view of St James harbor and many boat comings and goings, pickleball court, well stocked kitchen etc. Our host, Debbie, was very helpful, and communicated when we needed her. We cooked on the grill and saw the Milky Way most nights. Toy museum, Mt Pisgah, Donnegal bay, Little Sandy bay preserve and beach, the lighthouses, The Big Rock and shoe tree, the museums, fishing in lake Geneserath (bluegill, small mouth and a Northern Pike - everybody caught at least 1). The Island is not the Rivera, it is very rustic, but tons of fun.

Book it!!

Comfortable with great amenities. It was my husband, me, our son and his friend. We all loved something different. Comfortable beds, the view, the water sports and toys (included). Location was ideal also. The owners were available but not obtrusive. I would not change a single thing. Televisions and Firestick was a nice thing for rain days. We only had one. The roof top observation deck was my husband’s favorite. He asked if we could build one at home!!

Perfect Beaver Island Lodging!

We just got back from our stay on Beaver Island and we miss it already! Beaver Island is a magical place but what added most to the magic was this lakehouse. It was perfect for our family of 4 (kids 12 and 16) and dogs. The house was great-plenty of room for us...huge windows that look out to the lake, a beautiful deck with grill to hang out on, a fully stocked kitchen but you can't beat the setting of this house! What can be better than your own private Lake Michigan beach (especially this summer?!). We spent hours down at the beach-swimming, drinking coffee, spotting the little beach frogs, enjoying s'mores at the firepit, building sandcastles, kayaking (in the kayaks provided) and just enjoying the beautiful scenery. It pretty much felt like we had Paradise Bay to ourselves! We loved being able to kayak into town or to the lighthouse and we loved seeing the ferries arrive. And if that's not enough, we discovered a new game-pickleball! How cool to have our own private pickleball court :) We played a lot and ended the week with a family tournament and now we need to buy pickleball paddles so we can play at home! Both Debbie and Rob were great! Debbie would immediately answer my many questions through text and Rob gave us lots of great suggestions of things to do on the island-we loved the Little Sand Bay hike you suggested! Overall, just the perfect place to stay on the island. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us :)
