Our 3br/2ba gorgeous cabin in Piney Flats, Tennessee offers complete serenity, but is minutes away from Bristol Motor Speedway, Rhythm & Roots Reunion, ETSU, and central to all of the Tri-Cities! Boone Lake home. Less than an hour to skiing and Appalachian Trail. Mountain feel with privacy. Enjoy the scenery on the front deck and roast marshmellows by the fire pit. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level as well as a full bath, kitchen, and living room. So if you have problems going up stairs, this cabin accomodates you as well.NO ANIMALS of any kind are allowed. The property is allergy free due to owner's family being highly allergic to animal hair, dander, feathers and the like. This poses a severe health hazard to host's family members and therefore there are no exceptions to this rule. You will not be allowed to check in, your reservation will be canceled and a $200 deep cleaning fee will be assessed.

Excellent location

This cabin is in an excellent location. Perfectly located between Johnson City, Bristol, Kingsport, and only 15 minutes from the Tri-city airport. It is tucked away and private yet easy to access. It has nice nature & star gazing views in the winter and you can tell in the summer when the lake is full the views would be even better.

We had a fabulous stay. The property was clean and well maintained. Our host was awesome, super easy to contact her. The cabin had everything you would possibly need and then some. We will definitely come back. We saw deer, rabbits, hawks, and squirrels. We even had a little bit of snow.

Clean, nicely decorated cabin

Loved the cabin! Very clean and well decorated. Had fun fishing at the dock and also enjoyed fire pit area. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Tennessee.

Beautiful Location

The cabin was very nice. We were there for a wedding in Gray and the location was perfect. Allowed us to enjoy the cabin/Lake setting and still be in dri ing distance to Johnson City and surronding areas.

The cabin was great! It was clean and had lots of extras for the “just in cases” you may have forgotten. Everything was just as shown. We will definitely be using this cabin when we go back!

Great Graduation Get Away

My family came into town for my graduation at Milligan. It was perfect with two queens and a king bed. The view is beautiful and it is very peaceful. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Place to Stay!

Our stay at the cabin was amazing! Everything was so clean, and it really felt like a home away from home. It was a very nicely decorated place, and I loved that we were able to make our own meals there with everything we needed to cook and clean up afterwards. It was so beautiful being on the lake and we hope to visit again soon! Shana does a wonderful job with this cabin and I would recommend anyone to stay here. :)

Awesome Cabin in the Mountains and on the Lake!

Shana has one special place here. It truly felt like home away from home. Decorated the way a cabin should be, big screen tv for watching the Supercross, well equipped kitchen for cooking! We will be back!

Tennessee Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to The Hideaway at Piney Flats. The house was equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable, relaxing weekend. It was extremely clean and the location was perfect for our visit with family. It was especially nice that some condiments & spices were left from the previous renters and we were able to also leave some for the next renters as well. We highly recommend renting this place when its available.
