Kintzheim is located at the foot of the famous castle of Haut-Koenigsbourg, a small village on the wine route between Strasbourg and Colmar, famous for its fine wines.

Lovely country home
The house was in a lovely quiet neighborhood, perfect for families. The home was well appointed and had everything you would need to enjoy time with family. The best part of the house was a lovely deck with dining table! The property manager was very responsive to all our questions!

Une maison très agréable et il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon moment, pas loin de beaucoup de sites touristique donc très pratique de déplacement entre Strasbourg et Colmar pour faire les marchés de Noël. C’était très agréable.

Grande maison agréable idéalement située, proche de beaux sites à visiter. Nous avons passé un bon séjour, malgré une météo maussade et froide, inattendue en ce début septembre. En revanche, nous avons assisté au début des vendanges, moment fort de la région. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse des Alsaciens.

Super emplacement pour la route des vins, Europapark, visites, villages pittoresques. Nous regrettons la chambre et la salle de bains au sous sol qui n'est pas ventilée donc vraiment pas agréable pour dormir à cause des odeurs.

Wir waren mit zwei befreundeten Familien über das Wochenende in der Unterkunft. Die Abwicklung im Voraus lief reibungslos, der Kontakt per E-Mail war sehr freundlich. Vor Ort wurden wir Empfang genommen und durch das Haus geführt. Eine Flasche Wein von einem lokalen Winzer gab es auch noch als Willkommensgeschenk. Das Haus war sauber, schön eingerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht. Gerne jederzeit wieder

Das Haus hatte alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Es war sauber und gepflegt. Sowohl der Verwalter, der die Schlüssel übergeben hat als auch der Eigentümer, der die Rückgabe des Schlüssels übernommen hat waren superfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr gerne wieder.

Die für uns zuständige Hauswartin war freundlich und gut zu erreichen. Zu verbessern wären: Der mind. 30ig jährige Klodeckel aus Holz, bei dem die Farbe bereits abgebröckelt ist, sollte unbedingt ersetzt werden. Duschen in den beiden Bädern ist nur in den Badewannen aus der Entstehungszeit des Gebäudes möglich (mind. 60iger Jahre). Der Garten war komplett verwildert (und vertrocknet, was bei den derzeitigen Sommern verzeihlich ist). Die langen Tische d'rinnen und d'raußen waren prima für unsere Gruppe. Durch die schöne Gegend und die Ausflüge war der Aufenthalt (3 Tage) insgesamt gelungen.

schönes Haus, ruhig gelegen, Platz zum zusammen Sitzen, Übergabe klappte gut, leider erst um 17 Uhr laut Mietvertrag. Haus ist aber etwas hellhörig und mit nur 2 WCs gibt es mit vielen Leuten manchmal einen Engpass

Wir haben im April 2023 eine Woche mit zehn Personen in diesem Haus verbracht. Es liegt ruhig in einem Wohngebiet. Ortskern mit Bäcker sowie die Weinberge sind schnell fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet: Küchenausstattung ist vorhanden, zwei Kühlschränke, ein Eisschrank, Küchenutensilien etc. Dazu wurden Bettwäsche und Duschtücher gestellt. Die pünktliche und freundliche Übergabe durch Ansprechpartner vor Ort verlief reibungslos. Dank der vielen Schlafzimmer konnten sich alle Beteiligen gut verteilen. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Schöne Ostern mit Freunden in Kintzheim
Ich fand die persönliche und gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und dem Betreuer des Objektes vor Ort sehr gut. Das Haus hat genau unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen und ist top ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Die zentrale und ruhige Lage ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für nach Colmar und zum Wandern. Besonders die Tipps von Herrn Krueger für Weinverkostung und dem Restaurant ist Klasse. Sehr empfehlenswert das Restaurant S´Hislé. Wir werden die Gastfamilie und Haus weiterempfehlen und genießen noch die schönen Stunden die wir in Kintzheim verbracht haben zu Hause.

En todo momento hubo muy buena comunicación con el propietario y la entrega y devolución de llaves fue perfecta. El alojamiento se encuentra muy bien situado para realizar diferentes excursiones. La casa tiene capacidad para 10 personas y hay utensilios, menage y espacio para todas ellas. Las casa necesita la encontramos algo sucia y dejada, necesita un buen mantenimiento tanto interno como externo, es una lástima por que tiene muchas posibilidades. La calefacción funciona perfectamente y no pasamos nada de frio. Las toallas y sábanas no estaban incluidas, o bien las traias o las pagabas aparte pero pedimos toallas y solo te daban una, la de cuerpo, lo que nos sorprendió bastante; normalmente siempre va una de lavabo y otra de baño. El Wifi no funcionaba y nos avisaron en el último momento, por suerte llevábamos datos en el móvil para poder organizar las excursiones, hubiésemos agradecido que nos lo dijesen antes. En general, correcto!
