Beautiful double gallery home located in the up and coming St. Claude neighborhood! Spacious entire unit with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, TV’s in every room, security system & private back yard.

The Upper 9th ward was destroyed by Katrina and is making a slow but mighty comeback. It is a lively culturally diverse working class neighborhood. A transitioning mixture of brand new homes, and blighted Katrina houses. The area offers an authentic local experience while being in close proximity to tourist areas.

Conveniently located! 1.5 miles to Frenchman Street, 1.7 miles to the French Quarter and 2.4 miles to Jackson Square and Bourbon St. Accessible by RTA public transport located 2 blocks from the house. Steps away from the hip Bywater, Marigny & St Roch neighborhoods, the Mississippi River, Crescent Park, and St Vincent De Paul cemetery!

Plenty Uber/Lyft always in the area for a quick 5 min ride to local attractions. Blocks from hip Bywater Area, Mississippi River & Crescent Park!

No parties, events or gatherings (4 people/guests/visitors/company max permitted on premises/property). Failure to do so will result in the immediate cancelation of the booking at the guest expense.

No guests under the age of 24 unless accompanied by legal guardian. A copy of valid State ID must be provided by ALL GUESTS for age and identity confirmation. No exceptions. Any additional guests/visitors/company/people outside of the ID’s provided will result in a immediate cancellation of the reservation and removal from property at their expense. This is a Zero Tolerance policy.

Check in at 4pm.
Check out is at 10AM.

Unless a late check out is previously arranged; there will be a $50 per hour late check-out fee. This penalty is in place to ensure the unit can be prepared in time for the next reservation.

No Smoking of any kind allowed inside of the residence. Please smoke on the comfortable outdoor patio. Failure to do so will result in a $200 deep cleaning fee. We provide every guest with a clean non allergen odor free environment.

For security purposes outside areas are under 24/7 audio and visual surveillance.

Owners live on property. Be respectful while having a great time. Quiet hours between 10PM-7AM

Alumni Weekend

Now Orleans get away

The property was clean and the communication was excellent with the property owner. Many nice additions like ear plugs, room spray, umbrella and many more.

Micro managing- Don’t stay if u want peace

He accused us of being loud at 12 am then after. Check out charges extra 200 because he said we didn’t wipe counters and had dirty towels (which he doesn’t have a washer or dryer and told us to put the dirty towels in the tub ) but was mad because they had stains on them like if we are bathing and wiping down things they suppose to be dirty. . Also stated we put dirty dishes in the dishwasher, umm where they suppose to be sir .. But definitely won’t be back but give it a try for the price

Great NOLA Weekend

Modern, clean house. Check in was easy. Close proximty to everything by Uber or own car. Uber was $12-$17 anywhere we went. Generally a 5-9 minute wait for Uber. Area has a mix of old/tattered homes and renovated homes. Never felt unsafe but wouldn't walk the streets at night. Park on the street....no issues. Would recommend.

Hogs for the Cause Stay

Great little apartment, very clean and it has everything need. Owners are very nice and it was a perfect location for this trip. We enjoyed our stay. We were in town for the hog for the cause bbq competition.

Great Times

Loved this stay in New Orleans. A little further out than we normally stay, but we all fell in love with this part of the city. Had such an excellent time. The property is absolutely wonderful and the hosts are very thoughtful and accommodating. Hope to come back again very soon.

Perfect!

This house was perfect for the 4 of us who stayed there! Check in and check out was easy and the owners responded quickly if we ever had any questions! The only down side is there is no washer or dryer but overall it was perfect!! Would rent there again for sure!

St Claude stay

Jeff and Erin have a beautiful home. They are awesome hosts. They even suggested restaurants and places to see while visiting New Orleans. Appreciated all their tips, the parking, and the home security.

Happiness

We had a great stay at this place. The pictures are accurate and the communication is spot on. We did expect the neighborhood to be a little nicer as this house is new. We didn’t have any issues although we felt better catching Uber’s rather than walking. We really loved the back deck and having morning coffee sitting outside. Also the kitchen is set up great and everything we needed to make basic meals was in the cupboards. I would stay here again!!!

This is a newly renovated property just east of bourbon Street. Location is about 8 to 10 minutes drive by Lyft to Bourbon Street. This is the best airbnb I have ever stayed in. Owners are fantastic communicators and the place felt like home. I would live there!! This place provides all the convenience you will need from cable, internet, towels, shampoo, and they even provide toothbrushes. The pictures will make you want to book right away. The price was extremely reasonable considering you are getting a full sized condo.

November visit

Our first visit to New Orleans with friends. Booked this house off the internet and was not disappointed. Beautiful, very clean, out of the center of town but minutes to wherever we wanted to go. Highly recommend this house. We were very comfortable.
