CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

Super easy great views

The only issue I had was with the elevator was really slow a couple of times and the neighbor below loved to sit on the balcony smoking making it hard to enjoy the view from the balcony but overall great property and super easy check in and check out and some of the best views I’ve ever seen especially at sunrise and sunset

Beautiful condo with ocean view!

Me and my family enjoyed our stay at this condo. Prompt and thorough communication with the host, beautifully decorated, the cleanliness of the property being 10/10, close proximity to the beach, and sitting outside on the spacious balcony, relaxing and listening to the waves of the ocean are reasons that we recommend this property and will more than likely be back! 💚

great place to stay! 17 floors up was a beautiful view but definitely not a good floor if heights are an issue. Pans for eggs were a little worn, but other than that great amenities.

Family Beach Trip

The place was just as described and our condo was just what we needed to for our family to have a great time. If I could just express the only thing that kind got me a little scared was that I receive a few e mails (about 3) saying that because of cleaning our room might not be available until 3-5 pm and not the initial 3 pm check in that was stated. This was a little scary because we were traveling with a baby and we had already planed our travels to arrive at 3 pm. In the end our rooms was ready at about 3:20pm which wasn't too bad. Like I said our stay was lovely and the building and the room in great condition. Hope this helps with your booking

Beach Vacation

Great experience, even during the busyness of the 4th! The ONLY reason I gave the cleanliness 4 stars was bc when we walked in the condo with no shoes the bottoms of our feet were dirty (I was going to put black instead of dirty, but it wasn’t truly black, just enough to make us wear shoes inside)

Great View! Loved the outdoor furniture on the balcony!

My husband and I took our two daughters 22 and 24 along with one of their boyfriends for a weeks vacay to Gulf shores. The master bedroom was fabulous with a door opening to the balcony and the bathroom was super spacious with a built in blow dryer. The bedroom with the queen bed was also very spacious. My daughter’s boyfriend felt like a king with so much room to himself. The bedroom with the bunk beds was for our daughters. The bedroom was so tiny - there were no place for their suitcases - the furniture seemed stuffed in there. Also no ceiling fan in the room. One of my daughters ended up with her suitcase laid out across the washer and dryer in the laundry room. My other daughter put her suitcase in the bathroom on the floor - there was a space where the queen bedroom opened into the bathroom and we just locked that door so the boyfriend didn’t accidentally open it in the middle of the night and trip on the opened suitcase. We made it work but that room is for tiny kids, and would not book it again for that reasons. We loved the family area, would have been nice for them to provide a game or two but we brought Uno so we played that. The couch and chairs in the living area were super comfy! The kitchen had the basics in cooking. We used paper towels for coffee filters for the Mr. coffee . The balcony was our favorite drinking coffee watching the waves, The elevator was a problem but we made it work. The we’re doing repairs 2 days we only had 1 for 17 floors.

Pleasant stay.

We had a great stay. We did discover the bed was broken in the master bedroom. We passed that info on. The couch was uncomfortable to sit on but we stayed busy with the beach and pool. The kids really enjoyed the pool.

Long Beach weekend

My husband and I, along with our three young adult kids, met for a long weekend on the beach. The condo is comfortable and clean. Everything you need. Beautiful view, and a high floor so the beach noise from the people below does not reach you. Just waves, birds and some road noise. We will definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: At the beginning we was looking for a place to stay each every year and was hoping this was it but I was wrong. We payed 2,400 for what? The shower holds water, the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, the sliding door to the outside will break your shoulder, the elevators was absolutely awful Oh! My husband had to wait for 30 minutes to an hour each day to come down with our wagon, the pool had glass in & around it! The hoses had holes on them to wash you off! & all they had to say was we will let them know? Like this has been mentioned a whole year now because I looked back at reviews! FIX the issues people!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay was pretty good. Pro’s: the condo itself was very nice. The beds were comfortable. The view from the balcony was beautiful and it was very relaxing having your morning coffee watching for dolphins! Tv/internet all worked fine. The kitchen had every utensil/pot/pan and dish we needed. It even had a griddle and a pack n play stored in a closet which came in handy. The Cons: the dreaded elevators. They took forever to get to your and there was almost always a line. The afternoon had elevator monitors sitting in it in camping chairs taking up a large amount of space which was annoying when everyone was lined up coming in from the beach...but they were there to control traffic so I get it. The floors of the condo were not clean. Shortly after being there and unpacking my daughters hands and knees were black from crawling around on the tile. The trash can in the kitchen desperately needs replacing. There was no liner or anything to hold the bags in place. It was just a hollow can that you could see the tile floor when looking through. We ended up just putting a trash bag on a knob in the kitchen and it worked out better. The washing machine left our clothes dingy. 2 bathing suits and a pair of my daughters pajamas were left ruined unfortunately. The guest bathtub was very slow to drain. Also our first night we noticed the refrigerator not cooling so I got in touch with liquid life and got a quick response! They sent out maintenance, it did take them until around 10pm to get there but that’s understandable. The problem was solved and had no more issues during our stay. Like I said, overall thr stay was great. Just a few housekeeping issues that could easily be tended to and I would consider staying again. I did hear talk of a 3rd elevator going in within the year so if that’s true that would also solve that problem. Thank you for the memories!

Great view BUT some issues

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is more of a management issue I had three condos booked! All were several hours apart that we could check in! We couldn’t check into this condo until almost 6pm well pst the 3pm check in time. Anyway we arrived we have a full size truck parking spots were awful!! Very close together. Everyone in our group left with door dings. Anyway condo was beautiful could use a little better cleaning. Cabinets had several crumbs the freezer smell like rotten fish the shower in the main bathroom did not work it just trickle water I called down several times to the customer service and was told someone would look at it next day still nothing called again was told someone would be up someone did another showing up however did not fix it he came while we are gone left a note saying it was fixed however he did nothing to fix it call back down reported the issue and again was told someone would be up again nothing called several times still nothing by the time we checked out the shower was still unable to be used kind of inconvenient having eight people in your family and one bathroom shower the patio door in the living room was so hard to open and close it’s almost like it is not on the track again reported to customer service/maintenance and again nothing was done. I would hope for over $2,000 this stuff wouldn’t happen it be fixed right away. The pool and play area is nothing like they present on the Internet I think the pool is the smallest one they have in the golf Shores Orange Beach area the kids area never had the water on and it was ice cold the kids were not even able to use it hot tub was not a hot tub again water was cold and the splash pad was never turned on and could use a major updates like I said beautiful view but condo could use work!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit was very nice and updated which made for a very comfortable stay.The only thing we hated was the elevator situation. Our first morning attempting to get to the beach, it took us 45 min to get from our room to the ocean. And all the other times there was a major delay due to the elevators.
