Not the best neighborhood but it was safe and we had no issues. Great location close to everything and would definitely stay again. Rochelle was great with quick responses. Only complaint is that you can definitely hear the guests in the second level walking around and moving.

We enjoyed this clean, modern, and affordable space in New Orleans. The bus stop was right across the street for us to take to downtown areas. The manager was responsive and kind. I would definitely return again!

Great Home Base

We used this space as a home base for a bachelor party in NOLA/Baton Rouge! The space itself is lovely and clean, and there are a ton of beds and spaces to spread out. The neighborhood has some Starbucks and other fast food walkable, but the streets are in rough shape and pretty dirty. We were very close to the highway though and were often able to get where we were going with no problem!

College tours

My family and myself enjoyed our stay in this home. It was close to everything that we planned on doing. The neighbors were nice and friendly. It is in walking distance to stores and restaurants. There is a lot of people walking the neighborhood. Don't be alarmed. They all spoke to us. Never had a problem with anybody. We do plan on visiting New Orleans again soon and this will be on our list of places to stay. The home was very clean and equipped with everything that we needed.

Property was perfect, very clean, host was the best I/we've experienced. Very responsive and clear instructions. Location was literally within 10 minutes away from everything we had planned and wanted to do. Superdome view from front of property. Beds were great slept very well. Definitely felt like home away from home as it was very welcoming.

Pictures were exactly as advertised. Beds super comfortable. Neighborhood was about a mile to parade route. Did not have any problems with anyone living in surrounding area, close to lots of local eating places. Apartment was clean, had cameras, a security system and remote locks. We felt very safe. We had a great time and will be staying again if come back to New Orleans.

Christmas Vacation

My family (a total of eight people) enjoyed our stay in this unit. The unit was on the first floor of a two floor building and was easy to access, which was good since we were traveling with a person using a walker and an elderly individual. The only complaint we had was there were no grab bars in the showers to make to allow for confident showering with the two people previously mentioned. The unit was welcoming, comfortable and centrally located to most of New Orleans. We were at most 10 minutes (given non-rush hour) travel time for almost everything.

Great NOLA spot!

We chose this location because it was in between the French Quarter and Tulane University. It was an easy Uber/Lyft ride to both. The property was exactly as advertised, and we had no issues getting in and out of the area at all times of day. We had two families with four kids between 5 and 12, and they loved it. I would stay here again!

Great place to stay it was very clean and very spacious, 10 minute drive from burboun st. The neighborhood was a bit questionable but with all the security cameras and gate we felt completely safe. Owner was very helpful and thoughtful.
