Nestled between river and sea, this artists retreat is three blocks from the beach and walking distance to many exciting activities. Water sports, dining, theater, aquarium and shopping are just a few adventures Seaside has to offer. Exploring the Oregon coast is also a breeze from this central location. The house includes two upstairs bedrooms with queen size beds. A master bedroom with a private deck is great for stargazing and bird watching with a view of Tillamook Head. Air mattress and a couch available for additional guests. Master bath on upper floor features a jetted tub and walk-in shower. A full bath is also located on lower lever, along with a newly renovated kitchen, a laundry room, dining and living areas. To avoid any confusion, the fireplace is NOT available for guest use or listed as a property amenity.

Great stay

Clean, cute & cozy house. About 3 blocks from the beach. The stairs going up to the 2nd floor were pretty steep, so I slept on the couch in the living room. My Granddaughter slept upstairs taking long showers every day. Would Definitely rent it again.

Cute older property. Great for 1-4. Awkward access to bedroom only through upstairs bathroom. Great location and decent size associated yard. Not sure why fireplace is unavailable but would really enhance a stay if it was working even if a stove or electric option was installed.

Beautiful House, Perfect Location

We spent a long weekend in Seaside and this house was perfect! 3 blocks from the beach and a few more from the downtown corridor where all the restaurants and shopping is located. We enjoyed being close enough to walk to everything. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked with the basics. Would absolutely recommend and we'd stay again! Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay at Michael's little seaside cottage. The property is stunning and was exactly as described in the listing. We were a short walk away from the beach and all of the amenities. Thank you for such a lovely vacation!

You should know that there is a narrow steep stairway to the up stairs rooms. No dvd player but plenty of steaming. Strong cleaning solution smell on arrival. Owner was very very kind. Everything else was great. i would stay there again. Older people with hip or knee problems might have trouble with stairs.

Best getaway house in Seaside

House was perfect for our family stay, my granddaughter was so excited to have her own balcony. Yard completely fenced was great for pups. Host was great and made the stay and checking in very easy.

Great place to stay!

Great location, great house. Amenities list a hot tub which is not true…I’m guessing they are referring to the bathtub with jets. Not a deal breaker but the kids were a tad disappointed! Will definitely stay again the next time we go the Seaside! Super short walk to both beach and downtown shops and restaurants.

Quick Family Getaway

Cute house with lots of character. Perfect location - a couple blocks from the beach and a couple blocks from all the fun downtown. Great setup for our family of four (older kids).

Great location, old house

This is a very old house that has some ‘old house’ issues. The rooms are small, the fireplace is currently unavailable as it undergoes major repair, the stairs to the upstairs bedrooms are very steep, the deck stairs are uneven. On the positive side, the location is ideal, the beach and downtown Seaside are easily walkable. There is off-street parking for 2 cars. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The communication with the host was good.

Seaside Volleyball Stay

Property was great and the location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the turnaround at the beach. We had everything we needed and the host was very responsive to our communications. Really appreciated the ease of checkout after a long week of fun. ;)
