Private room with pool access

We offer a comfortable double room with air conditioning, in a single storey house in a quiet location, with terrace, garden and swimming pool. We have a view of the mountains.
Comfortable room for 2 people with a 160 cm bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, cupboard, television and air conditioning.
The bathroom and WC are private and are located in the corridor. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a bathtub.
Towels and pool towels are provided.
You will also find at your disposal basic products (shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste) as well as a hair dryer.
You have free access to the swimming pool as well as to the terrace with summer lounge.
 
The pool is not heated. One generally bathes there from May to September or even October depending on the weather.
 
We offer an additional full breakfast for travelers who welcome us in the room (see description below and photos). You are free to choose the composition of your breakfast from a wide choice.

Location

Our house is located on the plain of Cuttoli-Corticchiato, 12 minutes from Ajaccio airport, close to the beaches, 10 minutes from the river and around 20 minutes from Ajaccio (depending on traffic and time).
The place is ideal for lovers of hiking, nature and are half an hour from the Vizzavona pass to go to the "Cascade des Anglais"

Close to Ajaccio without being in town, you can get there in 15 minutes.
The first beaches are a quarter of an hour away.

Coti chiavari mare e sole beach 40 mins white sand beach,
The park of ACupulatta (tortoise) at 12mn,
The English waterfall at 34 minutes,

Exchanges with travelers

We welcome travelers from 5 p.m. We are always present when you arrive.
We are also often present outside of our working hours. You can therefore contact us if you need any information or for any other reason.
We will be happy to inform you about the beaches to discover, the hikes and sea excursions to do, the various tourist activities (tree climbing, canyoning, via ferrata, etc.) as well as the restaurants. You will also find various tourist guides and information on activities to do in Corsica at your disposal.

Arrival is from 5:00 p.m. and the room must be vacated by 8:15 a.m. on weekdays and 9:30 a.m. on weekends.
The interiors are non-smoking areas.
Animals are not allowed.
The tenants of the room have access to the refrigerator located in the laundromat to deposit food or drinks for their walks but not to prepare meals.
You will have free access to the terrace and the swimming pool throughout your stay. 
Tenants are asked to ensure that they leave the premises in the same condition as they found when they arrived.
Respect for the equipment is essential. It is forbidden to sit in the summer lounge in a wet bathing suit and on the chairs of the garden table, the deckchairs are there to dry you.

Courtesy, politeness, respect will allow everyone to take advantage of these rare moments.
