Views directly on to the majestic San Jacinto mountains with miles of hiking trails, streams, waterfalls and wildlife. Downtown Palm Springs is a 7 minute drive, stroll to popular coffee shop, Smoketree Center, for pretty much everything you need, is short biking distance.
Non smoking unit. No pets. 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Sleeps 2 (King Sized bed)
Quiet complex. Only 38 units, BBQ grill, 2 pools, 2 laundry rooms, friendly sunning area around pools. This unit is one of only 6 in building that has it's own private patio off kitchen. Perfect for morning coffee!

Why they chose this property
I'm 'the guy' that loves to remodel and bring properties back to their former glory OR make them glorious for the first time! I sure had a lot of fun with this one. It was time for a facelift, but I really wanted to honor the Mid Century Modern history of the property. So you'll see tile and light fixtures of that era as well as glossy stained and polished concrete floors that add an up to date look. I shopped high and low for the furnishings and I hope the colorful 'mid century Mexicana' vibe will make you smile!
Full 1 bedroom with king bed and walk in closet.You'll probably awaken to the sounds of birds in the morning. Fully equipped kitchen has everything you might need! Step outside to your private patio for your morning coffee. Orange, lemon and pomegranate could be ripening for you!

What makes this property unique
South Palm Springs is always a beautiful area of the city and sometimes downright spectacular! The mountains are 'RIGHT THERE' and they change colors constantly! The area is known for it's tremendous collection of classic mid century modern architecture. It's a fantastic place to take a stroll or enjoy a bike ride in.
Convenient to shops and restaurants (and golf and hiking), we're only about a 7 min drive to downtown Palm Springs.
We're located in a quiet building so please respect that. But enjoy the pool and hot tub/spa,sun loungers, umbrella and tables and BBQ It' all right here!
This property is not set up for short term rentals. Minimum rental period is 29 days. The perfect spot to use as a base as you take a month to explore the surrounding deserts in depth.
