H Martel & Co, Ruinart) you will be both close to the city center and its restaurants, but also the marvelous Saint Rémi basilica located 200m away (at the end of the street!).
The champagne park is also nearby, for fans of musical strolls or other very pleasant events!
For your visits to the champagne cellars you will be located at:
- 450 meters from the Martel & Co. champagne house (7 min by foot)
- 600 meters from the Taittinger champagne house. (8 min walk)
- 800 meters from the Veuve Cliquot Ponsardin Champagne house. (12 min by foot)

A cleaning lady spends an average of 3 hours repairing the apartment after each departure. I personally take care of bed linen and towels (which takes me 2 hours more) to what is necessary for your comfort, ... transparently.
