About this property

BEAUTIFUL TURQUOISE VILLA

The villa belongs to a complex of two other adjacent villas, located inside the Residence Le Magnolie. It has an internal surface of 80 square meters and is surrounded by a large garden of 150 square meters. It can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people and consists of: 3 double bedrooms; 2 bathrooms, one of which with shower; 1 living room with sofa bed; 1 equipped kitchen. Very comfortable is the large veranda equipped with table, chairs and built-in barbecue where you can have lunch, dinner or have barbecues on pleasant summer evenings. The back of the house is also equipped with 2 outdoor showers, one of which is brick, very useful when returning from the beach. The villa is just 400 m from the beach which can be easily reached on foot in 5 minutes.

grande disp.di vincenzo ottima location molto tranquilla molto vicino al mare , navetta gratis raggiungibile a piedi ,villetta ben fornita di tutto.. forse qualche sdraio in piu' ma so che sta già provvedendo 7 posti comodi mai sofferto il caldo consigliata :)

Villetta per vacanze molto confortevole, pulita.
Ho trovato la casa ben pulita e completa di tutti i comfort. Se mancava qualcosa, per es. Internet o tappetini bagno, Vincenzo c'è li ha forniti immediatamente. Vincenzo si e' dimostrato molto ospitale e solerte e si vede che ci tiene a far stare bene i suoi ospiti. Ho apprezzato la spaziosita' della casa, la pulizia e la posizione comoda alla parte migliore della bella spiaggia di San vito. La casa è in una zona molto tranquilla e quindi abbiamo riposato bene. Lo spazio esterno è molto ampio e abbiamo sempre mangiati nella veranda. Sul retro c''è pure una comoda doccia esterna e un lavabo per il bucato e un bel barbecue in muratura. Se volete andare in centro serve la bici o l'auto, ma per noi non è stato un problema anche perché non ci piace la confusione el centro di San vito. La fermata della navetta è molto vicina, peccato però che il comune non ne dia gli orari, quindi noi abbiamo sempre preferito fare una passeggiata. La casa è ben ventilata, ma per chi soffre il caldo c'è pure l'aria condizionata. Da migliorare solo il box doccia che ha i vetri che non tengono bene l'acqua e quindi il bagno spazioso si bagnava un po', ma lo dico solo perché so che il padrone è deciso a migliorare sempre il servizio. Grazie e se torneremo a san vito, ci piacerebbe stare ancora in questa villetta.

una formidabile base di appoggio
da questa base si parte per visitare i dintorni di san vito lo capo: la riserva dello zingaro, baia santa margherita, scopello, erice, favignana, levanzo. non ci sono parole, per descrivere la bellezza di questi luoghi, bisogna andare ha vederli.la casa e spaziosa e accogliente, bene arredata, consiglio di avere l'auto al seguito.

Comfortable and well kept accommodation with easy access to the town centre, beach and climbing. The owners were friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our 2 week holiday and the accommodation was ideal for our group of 4 people.

Appartamento comodo, pulito. Massima disponibilità da parte del proprietario che si è reso disponibile a consegnarci la casa di primissima mattina e a lasciarcela fino a tarda sera!! Assolutamente consigliato per famiglie numerose. Torneremo sicuramente pressi questa casa!!!
