Peace of mind. Enjoy the Florida lifestyle while staying in the security of gated Solana Resort. Resort amenities are provided exclusively for villa guests and there is no through traffic. Entry to Solana is gated and attended 24 hours/day.
NEWLY REFRESHED with new mattresses and Covers in the queen and twin bedrooms. Our home is large and bright with granite counters, stainless appliances and upgraded carpets. Enjoy a main floor full-size washer and dryer.
There are 7 tv’s in the home for you to enjoy (4 smart). The home is equipped with high speed internet WiFi and cable television throughout and an Xbox 360 console in the upstairs loft. A fooseball table, table tennis and card table are in the 20x20 game room.
Your private pool is inside a screened enclosure so you can truly enjoy the Florida sunshine. The extra large pool deck has 4 pool loungers, 2 chairs/foot stools and two table/chairs patio sets. A closeable security fence is in place between the pool and house. Pool heat is available with a surcharge but your Solana resort pool is heated year round and included for your use.

You will find a fully equipped updated kitchen with plenty of utensils, cookware, dishes and flatware to prepare and serve you meals. The extra large granite island provides prep room as well as additional seating.
The living room and dining room provide a relaxing area to dine or socialize.
The family room is open to the kitchen and has a two story ceiling. Comfortable seating and a 55” flat screen Smart tv make it a true family room.

The Primary bedroom is on the main floor and is spacious with a king size bed, walk-in closet, 40” flat screen smart tv and a pool view. The large en suite includes a walk-in shower and deep garden tub.

The second floor offers a loft area with a 40” flat screen smart tv, xBox 360 console and comfortable seating.

There are 5 additional bedrooms on the second floor:
#1- Queen bedroom includes a queen bed, 40” flat screen Smart tv, walk-in closet and private en suite.
#2- Two (2) twin beds with 32” flat screen tv.
#3- A queen bed with 32” flat screen tv.
#4- One set of bunk beds
# 5- Two (2) twin beds with 32” flat screen tv.

There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs in addition to the queen en suite.

The days you do not want to venture out our resort is a complete vacation destination itself.

Wonderful family time.

We rented for 1 month (Feb-Mar) - had several of our family visit during the time we were there. Our grandkids also joined us for 2.5 weeks and had a great time in the clubhouse pool (heated) and facilities. Close to Disney and other attractions.The house is very spacious and well stocked with dishes and cook ware. Beds were comfortableThe decor is dated and could use a deep clean - especially the carpets. The furniture is showing signs of wear and tear but still very usable.

The house fit our needs beautifully! We were in town for events downtown & at Universal. It was a little further drive than I had realized but still great location and several options to get around to avoid traffic. The home is very spacious and provides room for everyone to have their own space. It is built nicely too so it’s not super noisy. The pool was great once we heated it and the neighborhood is great for a walk in the morning! We had a great time in FL all week and the house definitely contributed to our overall satisfaction!

We fell in Love

My mother and I fell in love with the decor and surprisingly the dishes. We hadn’t been to a place that had non glassware that looked so nice. The rest of the family enjoyed being outside in the pool. Cleaners came one morning, which I thought was nice. It ensured the pool was clean during our stay. The home as a whole is great. Outside of some bugs and frogs that got through in the garage, and the beds being a little uncomfortable, we had no issues. It is walking distance from the resort pool and tiki bar. I’m sure we would book again, if it was available.

Great Stay

We booked a week for our family of 7. We were amazed at how much room we all had. The house was well stocked with everything we could think of. We cooked meals at the house and never was missing any utensil. Place was very clean, and well managed. Pool was great to cool off after a long day. I did see in other reviews there were issues with the wifi, we had zero issues the entire week. Can’t say enough on how responsive everyone was with any questions we had. 100 percent would recommend this place.

Lovely Davenport home

Property was very comfortable and homey. We enjoyed the way the house was laid out and since there were only five of us we had AMPLE room. The clubhouse was a very nice extra. We enjoyed switching it up and swimming in the larger pool, checking out the arcade and barbecue area. It was a little hot upstairs for sleeping and in the games room but that would be my only complaint. The houses’ pool area was really great. Very peaceful and lots of seating out there. Very close to Disney and amenities like Publix, gift stores, restaurants, etc.!

Property was great for our overall group except for shower size/accessibility for our 29 year old daughter in a wheelchair. We made it work but are looking for a property with a roll-in shower for next year. Or at least a step in shower with a wider door approximately 32 inches so I can lift and transfer my daughter more easily. The neighborhood was very nice. We didn’t have any serious issues thus no need to call property manager.

Perfect stay

Very good community, protected with security, house is hugh with 6 bedrooms, we used the heated pool, have been 11 persons, perfect stay doing all the disney tour, shops and dining places everywhere. Good communication with community and owner. We were very satisfied. Would recommend it to all visitors who want to spend a good time in Orlando area. Thanks for being your guests!

Nice home...skimpy amenities

We enjoyed the house and pool. As far as the amenities 7 people, 5 nights and 2 dish washer tabs, really? We ran out of toilet paper . No salt and pepper. It would be nice if you could provide a few things for your guest. And as far as the game room it need a mini split air conditioning, otherwise it cant be used. As you said you can't leave the door opened which means you can't use the game room.

Big house, lovely pool

This is a good house for a large family. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the parks (about 30 minutes away) in a quiet neighborhood. We had issues with the wifi, but the management was great to deal with and it was eventually fixed. The pool was great and we spent lots of time enjoying it.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed the house. Everyone was great we dealt with. Wi-Fi was really bad they had them come out and replace the router the next day. Air conditioning on bottom floor went out and they fixed it soon as I called them and let them know it was not working. I will definitely go here again, house was clean, community seemed really kool. I do they they should get a new skimmer net for the pool the little bat like bugs that start to build up over time fall through the holes in the net. Pool would stay a lot cleaner if they would get a new one so we could do it while staying there. Hopefully they will get that. Besides those few things that they took care of in a timely manner I can’t think of anything too negative. Sure some of the shower heads and stuff could be updated but it’s a great stay with very good looking interior. Definitely the better of the houses we have stayed at in the area. Only gripe would be the 11pm quiet time on Friday and Saturday nights as people on vacation want too chill in the pool and hangout and on our very last day some grumpy guy behind us waited till 11 on the dot to come out being very hateful instead of just talking to us, I think that time could be changed to give an extra hour on weekends. Overall I’ll probably book this house again in the future if we come to the same location. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!!!

We are lifelong Residents of Colorado where we have lived on our family farm and registered Angus ranch for over 50 years. We have two children who actively showed horses and played team sports as youth and now have busy families of their own. We all have the good fortune to still live on or within 10 miles of the home farm.
Colorado is a wonderful place to live but we all enjoy traveling, especially to Florida where there are so many things to do.

Why they chose this property

We enjoy visiting Florida especially in the winter when it’s really cold at home. In 2019 we decided to invest in a large family home and after viewing properties for 3days (Thank you Lisa Simpson for your patience), we decided we preferred Solana resort. After walking into the front door of this Villa we instantly felt at home and knew it was “The One”. It is large enough for us all to comfortably be there at the same time and provides a resort setting for those days we didn’t all want to go to Disney, Universal, Sea World, Legoland, etc. Daytrips to the beaches on either the Gulf or Atlantic are a 1-2 hour drive with a cool air conditioned Home to return to.
It’s a perfect home for us and we hope our guests will find it to be just as wonderful.

What makes this property unique

Versatility is important in a home of this size that will accommodate so many ages and interests.
The 6 bedrooms offer a king, 2 queens, 4 twins, bunk set, a pak-n-play and a queen sofa bed in the living room.
*For those who prefer not to climb stairs, the King-sized bed Master and Queen sofa bed are on the main floor. (on the main floor there is a full bath with a shower and deep garden tub) in the King Suite and a separate half bath off the family room.
Dining accommodations include the formal dining room which seats 6 easily, the granite island/chairs in the kitchen and 2 Patio table/chair sets on the pool deck.
Entertainment includes 7 televisions (4 Smart), a loft area with xBox 360 console, a private screen enclosed pool, 20'x20’ game room with fooseball, table tennis, and a game table/chairs.
Conversation areas include the formal living room, family room and loft, in addition to the large pool deck and eating areas.

Additionally, the Solana Resort clubhouse which is a short walk from our home offers a great opportunity to meet other vacationers in the Air conditioned club house and heated resort pool. There is a commons room, fitness room, video arcade, sand volleyball court, grassed sports area, Totlot (play ground), 18-hole mini golf course, climbing ribbon and also a Tiki Bar at the pool and a small shop for essentials.
