Perfect Hamptons house near the water for a casual weekend out east

Safe neighborhood in Hampton Bays. Unfortunately, we do not have a pool. The bay is a 7 min walk, ocean beach is a 7-10 min drive. and a short walk to town. The village of Southampton is only a 14 min drive. please note, we consider our house to be a family home. With that being said, we ask that you look at our home rules and respect it as if it were yours.

Clean, well located home with responsive, helpful owner!

We stayed at this lovely house in Hampton Bays (I actually think it was better in real life / than in the photos). It was very clean with multiple parking spots and a nice outdoor space. The owner was very responsive, and she's even been so helpful as to send an item that was left on the property. Would definitely recommend it!

Nice property in Hampton Bays

With three family units (6 adults) it can be difficult to find a property with 3 bedrooms and three full baths. This property fits the bill. It is well located for acess to both the South Fork and North Fork and area beaches. There is a nice patio in the rear with a shaded teak table with 6 seats. One thing of note is that this is not a vacation home, it is a lived in property.

I already summarized in detail on another page from you. This was not a good experience and it was overpriced. Really would not care to be there at any price.

Great place for family time!

My family had a great experience in this house. We enjoyed the large yard for outdoor grilling, meals and fun!
