About this property

Cosy flat fully renovated for 4/5 pers 700m from the beach

Typical local house, fully renovated with : 1 main room (open kitchen, sitting room and living room), 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 1 single bunk bed and a double sofa bed, shower room and separated toilets.
Large terrasse with view on the garden and forest.

There are a washing machine, dish washer, microwaves and TV.
Direct access to the bicycle way from the garden and there is a storage to park your bikes.
The house is located at 800m from the beach and the center, 5 minutes straight away by bicycle way.
Beautiful view of the forest from the main room.
200m from the bus station for and from Bordeaux train station and airport.
200m from a bakery, a small supermarket and a take away pizza shop.

The house is located along the road but we renovated everything and make maximum to limit noise. Bedrooms are located on the road side and there is less trafic during night. The main room and garden are opposite.

Bed linen rental : 15 €/ double bed and 10€/single bed
Free rental for towels on request.

Short stay possible on request.

Lovely house

Really nice house, decorated very nicely and very clean. The house is spacious and very well equiped with a fantastic terrace at the back overlooking the pine trees, where you can relax on the longue chairs or enjoy a drink on the garden furniture and have a meal around the big table. Plus point it has its own private parking. The house is only 15mns walk to the beach and 10mns from all the shops like bakery, fishmonger, greengrocer etc. Great place in a great location, would definetly recommend it and would book it again, An address to keep! The owner is very friendly and available for any queries.

Superbes vacances dans une belle maison canaulaise avec une terrasse qui a une vue incroyable

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans la villa Welcome (3 adultes et 4 grands ados) avec un temps chaud et ensoleillé idéal en ce début de mai. La Maison est bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Elle est décorée avec soin avec du mobilier Vintage, rétro et contemporain dans chaque pièce de la maison. Dotée d'une belle piscine pour se détendre après une journée de promenade et pourvue aussi d'une grande terrasse avec une vue incroyable sur les pins. La villa a une bonne situation, elle est à proximité du centre ville / plages et donc des commerces et restaurants, tout à une dizaine de minutes. Les premiers commerces sont à 200 mètres de la maison (pizzeria, rôtisserie et pains) Il y a également le casino de Lacanau situé à moins de 10 minutes. L'accès direct à la piste cyclable et piétonne est très pratique pour se rendre au centre ville. Le linge de maison fourni est un gros plus car nos valises étaient moins chargées. Accueil chaleureux de Julia le jour de notre arrivée. Très bonne communication avec Julia et Davy pendant notre séjour. Nous avons apprécié leur disponibilité en cas de petits soucis dans le fonctionnement de la maison et ils sont très réactifs. Merci à eux. Nous reviendrons sûrement et nous recommandons donc cette location de vacances ! ++++++++++++

charmantes Haus in zentraler Lage

Das Haus liegt zentral in dem reizvollen Lacanau Ocean. Es ist sehr charmant und geschmackvoll modernisiert. Eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit Lounge Möbeln und Liegen , sowie ein geräumiger Garten inclusive Grill stehen zur Verfügung. Die Ausstattung ist absolut umfassend. Auch der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Merci bien à Julia et Davy

Super Sommerurlaub

Das Haus ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Strand, Ort uns Supermärkte sind auch zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Wir empfehlen auf jedenfall Fahrräder mitzunehmen, da es viele schön und gut ausgebaute Fahrradwege gibt. Besonders angenehm war auch die unkomplizierte Art der Vermieter.

Pure Erholung

Wir haben als Familie mit zwei Kindern die Zeit in dem kleinen Haus sehr genossen. Alles ist praktisch und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und für vier Personen absolut passend. Vor allem die schöne Terasse mit Blick auf den Kiefernwald und Fahrradweg haben wir ausgiebig genutzt, so dass die Straße zur anderen Seite kaum ins Gewicht fiel. Zu Fuß ist man dann sehr schnell am Meer und im belebten Zentrum - auch die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und unkompliziert.

... ein kleines und feines Ferienhaus

Wir waren mit 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene und 2 Teenagermädchen) 14 Tage in dem schön renovierten Canaulaise, die Entfernung zum Stand und zum Zentrum ist fussläufig und verkehrsberuhigt über den hinter dem Haus liegenden Radweg zu meistern. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, die Schlafräume sind ausreichend groß, der zusammen- liegende Küchen- Ess- und Wohnbereich ist sehr gut zu nutzen. Die Betreuung und Kommunikation durch Julia und Davy war unkompliziert und charmant ! Wir kommen gerne wieder ...

Topissime !!!

Maison idéalement placé à 800m de l'océan . Accès direct à une piste cyclable reliant la maison à l'océan grâce à un portail dans le jardin. Pizzeria et Boulangerie à même pas 200m . Excellent accueil de la propriétaire: très souriante. Séjour très agréable et la maison y est clairement pour beaucoup. On y retournera , c'est sur !!!
