Welcome to BiBi's Bunglow where you will find a welcoming Front and Back Porches, that are furnished with great natural lighting and window to open on those cool breezy days! Escape out to the relaxing Backyard for grilling out on a Gas Grill and 4 seated Sitting area to discuss the Great Day you spent at The Beach! We are a Golf Cart Community with options to rent a cart. The Main Beach offers Rentals for your Beach Fun to include Bikes, Kayaks, Paddle Boards and just
2 minute drive by golf cart , bike or car and just a 10 minute walk into town.

Our Cozy Cottage offers, 2 Spacious Bedrooms, Main Bedroom offers a Queen size Bed and the 2nd Bedroom offers 2 Twin Beds. Living Room offers large console smart TV for your personal TV apps and streaming. Our Cottage has a strong internet service to stream your shows and your music ! The Living Room offers a combined Dining Room Area for your family meals and a Futon that can be used for small children for extra sleeping options! The Kitchen offers everything you need for your meals and dining options. You can enjoy your coffee on Enclosed Front Porch or on the Enclosed Back Porch with comfortable sitting options.

The owners of this property will not allow extended stays over 2 weeks, if you require a longer stay please inquire and we'll see if one of our other homes is a fit!

Holiday Respite

We were in town for the Thanksgiving holiday. My family's place, while beautiful, is a bit tight for my immediate family to overnight. The house was perfect in that we could have some space while only being 10 mins from them. While i was the only one who stayed overnight, so no idea of the twin beds, the Q bed was extremely comfortable. Everything I needed was supplied and the owner was very flexible in my arrival times.I didn't get to enjoy the porch given late Nov temps but i plan on staying in this property again this spring/summer. Immaculate and Peaceful

We loved our surroundings! The two inclosed porches were the best spaces especially while having morning coffee, conversation and breakfast. However, the furniture was not as comfortable for a cozy place. The beds were too soft; we couldn’t sleep in them. Two of us slept in the living room while the third slept in the queen sized bed. As for the kitchen, it was rather dark and difficult to see while cooking on the stove, especially later in the day.

Quaint beach town

i spent a few weeks a summer in colonial Beach Va. It's a quiet beach town on the Potomac river. It's small and quaint. they have a small boardwalk and a beach. We went to a car show but there are lots of restaurants and shops to visit and even a 60s diner with pool tables and pinball machines and games. The cottage is a few blocks from the water. It's small but quaint.

Not happy

The house smelt like mold so that's something that might have to be checked on. I had to re-wash the clean clothes that I didn't use because of the smell. The front door was very difficult to lock from the inside. It says that you are to provide paper towels and trash bags and none of that was provided empty rolls of paper towels were left in the closet. The good thing is that I brought some paper towels and trash bags from home. The bath tub was not very clean so I bought some cleaning supplies to wash it. Unfortunately the first time around I was extremely happy with my stay and this time around I was not very pleased.

Weekend stay

The property was cute and in a nice location. Only thing i would change is we wished there was a full size bed in 2nd room instead o 2 twins. We really enjoyed ourselves, we will be returning

Cozy Bungalow

Cute, clean little cottage, in wonderful neighborhood, with screened in porch in front and in back. Nice for walks, close to water. It would have been nice to receive location of lock box and alarm code ahead of our arrival. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Weekend Getaway

Gosh! It wasn't long enough but I had a restful short stay. I loved siting on the front porch to watch the red Cardinal birds and in the evening, I would sit on the back porch and drink hot tea and gather my thoughts, this place was just what I needed to reset.

Final stop before flight to uk

Perfect for a couple of nights, walking distance to beach and restaurants. Quiet street, only thing missing was a view. But had everything we needed and very clean.

Horrible smell

The house was very clean. We enjoyed rhw house except for cleaning product in the livingroom. Was someone trying to hide the fact that someone smaked in the house or had a bathroom accident on the couch. Because there was a horrible smell of rug cleaner in the middle of the living room. It made the environment uncomfortable for asthmatic family members. Very disappointing that we could not use the livingroom at all for family birthday dinner or movie. If I was in a hotel I would have insisted on a new hotel room.that is not something you can do renting a house. We left early because a family member continued to have asthma attacks due to the cleaning product. It is a shame because the location was good, we loved going to the Beach, drinking coffee on the porch and cooking in the clean kitchen.

Cutest cottage in A Sleepy Beach Town

Great spot to undefined from the fray. Went for Jeep Invasion/Music Festival short stay weekend. This cottage was in the middle of events and easy to get to with lots of traffic. It was quiet and perfect for rest and sleeping in. Cozy feel and perfect for what we needed. Very clean. Comfy bed. Would come back easily.

I have stayed at this property twice. We were there for a car show. There is ample room as there is a back porch and front porch. This is a quiet quaint beach town. We enjoyed our stay.

What a great place to stay!

We stayed at this house for a long weekend for my daughters 2nd birthday. The house was better in person than it was in the pictures. The owner was very easily to communicate with. I inquired how far it was from the beach with a 6y/o and a 2 y/o. She said it was only a few minutes by car or golf cart. It blew my mind when she said Colonial Beach was now a golf cart community and shared a couple of places to inquire about rentals. The cart was delivered to the house before we even got there. Everything was within a few minutes when you're going by golf cart. I cannot recommend this property enough. It was just the right size for us, clean, nicely decorated, and provided all the amenities anyone could need.
