Wake up to county living in our cute comfy 5th wheel travel Trailer. This trailer is a permanent fixture on our property and does not go on the road. We are located just 8 miles outside of Springfield Oregon. It’s ready for you to relax after enjoying the sights and activities in the beautiful Willamette Valley. Wether you are here for business or recreation. All you need to bring is your food and drinks. Because we are a rural property, there is Wi-Fi but it is spotty and sometimes doesn’t work and unless you have AT&T, you will not have cell service. Service is lost once you turn on to McGowen Creek Road. * Please note that over the last year and a half our friends and family report that even without AT&T their other carriers work just fine but we have AT&T. There is service at the little county store. The Mohawk General, which is about .6 miles from the property. We are a small working ranch with all the livestock sounds that go along with county living.

We didn’t spend much time there due to parents weekend at the University. Easy drive to town. Not far. Great property. Morning coffee watching the cows and hearing the chickens was a nice change.

IT WAS A OVER ALL A GREAT STAY. I WOULD STAY AGAIN
Hosts were very nice. Loved being on a small ranch. Baby calf was born on the 3rd day there.
Had everything we needed. Small general store just down the road for groceries. Everything we needed to cook and serve.
We were not informed ahead of time that the rental was located .3 mile from a Rifle Range. Additionally, our party has children back at home , one of which has a disability and mental health issues, and therefore we require 24/7 communication channels to and from our family at home. The host informed us less than 24 hours prior to check-in that there is sporadic to zero cellular service to the rental location, so to be sure and make any necessary calls from a town several miles from the property. Furthermore, upon our arrival we found the allegedly “free Wi-Fi” to have so little signal strength that our dozen or so attempts to connect were unsuccessful. Thirdly, both members of our party have back pain issues, and upon arrival the “Queen Bed” that was described in the rental advertisement, was discovered to be a solid plywood base with approximately 2” of foam as a cushion. This would be physically impossible, and actually harmful, for us to sleep on. Had we been made aware of any of these three “deal-breakers” prior to making our reservation, we would have declined and selected a vacation rental that was more accommodating to our unique needs.
The location was a nice get away from the hustle of town but close enough if you need to get something. Cassie was very responsive to email’s and texts. Everything was beautiful about this place.
This location is a hidden gem. My daughter and I felt safe and at home. We appreciated every detail of comfort Cassie gave us. Will definitely be back to visit! We didn’t want to leave!!!

Cassie was wonderful to deal with ,Beautiful property..
We were very comfortable, very clean & absolutely beautiful surroundings at this Vrbo property..Cassie was wonderfully easy to deal with, answered all questions, made sure to even leave a wine opener for our use after a winery visit day we had! Extremely clean, great snacks Cassie had for us & fresh bean coffee w/ grinder made it just like at home...thank you will definitely recommend!! BEAUTIFUL FARM !! THANKS MUCH CASSIE & FAMILY GOOD LUCK W/ UPCOMING WEDDING ON PROPERTY...CHEERS!
We are seasoned campers who like seasoned campers. This fifth wheel does the trick. No frills although we loved that some snacks and coffee beans were part of the package. Not a bad jaunt to Springfield. Unless you have AT&T, cell reception not so hot. Would stay again.
I am giving this review a five star because Cassie was up front about the unseasonably cold temperatures affecting the fifth wheel trailer. I had paid for the stay, she reached out to me to let me know there might be issues with the heat and water. I said I would rather not take a chance considering the situation, she immediately contacted VRBO to initiate a full refund. This is service one would expect, and Cassie delivered, Thank You!! I would recommend this destination to anyone.
We so enjoyed this property! Green, open spaces, nature sounds, out of the hustle and bustle. If you are familiar with staying in an RV then this is a great, serene place to stay. The hosts were excellent. We especially enjoyed the fuzzy blankets, homemade soap and coffee beans with grinder provided. We were at first concerned there was no AC, but we were comfortable in mid June with the fans going.
The wifi was spotty, but then again...it was great to disconnect from the world.

My cousin and I decided to go on a spontaneous getaway and found this place the day before we left. It was perfect for us. Would highly recommend to someone who wants to get out of the city but not be a far away distance.
