This is not a all night party facility! Nothing over 12 guests at property.
Only 4 to 5 cars at the property.
No loud music or noise outside after 1030 pm or blasting music inside. If so you will be removed from the property. Respecting our neighbors is very important. They work every morning.
Clean up after yourself
Turn off all pool and spa equipment when not in use. Pool closes at 1030 pm. Due to complaints by neighbors on a number of guest, all jets, lights, and water fall will be turned off at 1030 pm. No exceptions. Authorities will be handing out citations next if any more complaints.
Keep hands and feet off walls.
No glass on pool patio
AC not to go lower than 68 degrees.
Children under the age of 18 accompanied by an adult around pool area.
Absolutely no smoking indoors. Security deposit will be enforced if so.
