The RED HOUSE, classified furnished tourism 4 *, is built in 2017. The house has a perfect location in second line seafront of the small seaside resort of Denneville-Plage on the west coast of Cotentin (10km from Barneville-Carteret) just across the island of Jersey, 50m from the sea. one of the most beautiful beaches in Normandy from where you can walk to the harbor dominated by the old church of Portbail. You will be seduced by the proposed volumes and penetrating light, without forgetting the sea view from the balcony. We accept your pets. The house is 160m² and has 4 bedrooms for 12 people. It has 1 bathroom on the ground floor with sauna and 1 bathroom upstairs, 2 separate toilets, 1 game room. Its garden shed will allow you to store, bicycles and beach equipment. Large south facing terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers when the sun is there. Free wifi internet, TV with access to the German bouquet, bluetooth stereo and pellet stove to enjoy the house when the weather is not part .. It is located on a plot of 900m ² fully enclosed.

Im Algemeinen so lala

Wir sind im Juli/ August 24 mit 9 Personen in diesem Haus gewesen. Die Komunikation zwischen dem Besitzer und uns war gut. Die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war allerdings nicht zu erreichen.Das Haus ist wirklich schön. Die Sauberkeit allerdings nicht. In den Küchenschränken lag sehr viel Sand und die Schränke waren klebrig und mit Lebensmitteln der Vormieter gefüllt. Der Trockner sah aus als wäre er seit Wochen nicht saubergemacht worden und roch auch so. Der auf den Fotos sichtbare Grill war so kaputt, das wir einen neuen kaufen mussten um zu grillen. SEHR ÄRGERLICH!!! Wir sind wirklich nicht kleinlich, aber es sind einige Mängel zu beseitigen. Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich toll.

Fijne gezinsvakantie.

Een fantastische week in het mooie, ruime, rode huis. Prachtig gelegen, ruime afgesloten tuin met een zonnig terras. Alle comfort. Sauna is zeker een pluspunt. We komen graag nog eens terug!

Un super logement dans un super endroit

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La maison est située, comme on peut le voir sur les photos, directement au bord de la mer. Le terrain est génial pour les chiens et il est clôturé. La région est très belle et on peut se procurer tout ce dont on a besoin en quelques minutes en voiture et parfois à pied.La remise de la maison s'est déroulée sans problème et de manière très agréable. La communication avec le propriétaire était très agréable et toujours rapide. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir :-)

Sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter

Leider mussten wir wegen Corona stornieren. Aber der Vermieter war sehr entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit und hat sich sehr dafür eingesetzt, dass wir alle Kosten vom Portal ersetzt bekamen, vielen Dank!
