Welcome in the Serenity Studio located within the residence Mont Vernon, on the beautiful Orient Bay Beach !
From the balcony, enjoy the superb ocean view with the turquoise color of the sea !
Our studio has been completly renovated in 2023. In the living-room, you can sleep in a kingsize bed and in a convertible sofa. you can store your things in the closet, and your precious things in the safe.
The kitchen is modern and fully-equiped with a real oven, a micro-wave, a washing-machine, a Nespresso...
In the bathroom, there are a shower and toilets.
You can use the free wifi and the A/C in the condo.
You have a direct access by walking in the new large swimming-pool of the residence on the beach.
In the residence, there are a grocery, a pizzeria and a parking.
5 minutes driving, there are a tasty french bakery, some restaurants, a supermarket, drugstore....
Less than 10 minutes driving, you can go at Grand Case with its famous typical restaurants called Lolo's, the french airport, Anse Marcel beach, Pinel island...
The international airport is at 20 minutes from the residence.

A little piece of paradise

Property was just as described. Very clean and the owner checked in on us to see how we were enjoying our stay. Check in was easy. The view from our unit and the ease of access to the pool and Orient Beach make this unit desirable.The only issue was parking. Not the owners fault as this area has limited parking.

Wonderful stay.

From the moment we booked our stay everything went so smoothly. Laurene was great at communicating and so helpful with any questions we had. The condo was exactly as described. So up to date and nicely decorated. The location was perfect! We would love to stay here again.

Great location

Orient Bay was wonderful. Property had everything we needed on the best beach! Plenty of restaurants and beach bars within walking distance of apartment. Would definitely stay here again. Pool is beautiful and overlooks the ocean.

Beautiful View

Property has one of the best views we have seen. Christopher was very attentive and answered our questions right away. Condo was very comfortable. Had some issues with water being turned off but hopefully that doesnt happen all the time. It had nothing to do with condo. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful view of Orient Bay Beach

The view from our balcony was wonderful. The location is just what we like, but the issue we have is the parking at Mount Vernon. Not enough spaces for all cars. Sometimes we had to park on the street and walk up a hill and then down the hill to get to our studio. There is no reception area, still under refurbishment from 2017 hurricane.

Very disappointed

First of all the island was hit by IRMA (class 5 hurricane) back over 5 years ago. This resort has not recovered and is in need significant upgrades. Some rooms were available but many were being occupied by local residents. The room itself was in need of a lot of TLC. Great views but falls short on everything else. Not very clean, sheets were stained, towels were like sand paper, TV didn’t work, no soap, less than 1/2 roll of toilet paper, water was not drinkable, no pillows on the bed (only pillow shames), etc., etc. Security around the complex very questionable. Only redeeming value was the view. We hope they recover sooner than later.

Dirty with a great view

Loft Serenity does have a beautiful view , residence Mont vernon is in a great location couples steps from tje beach. Our personal experience with this specific apartment was not great an we were there for the month of February. We choose this specific apartment because it had a pool , we confirmed in mid december with the owner that the pool would be ready in February and he confirmed it would be .We left at the end of February and the pool still under construction. Also when we arrived we were without TV for a full week , the kitchen and bathroom were so dirty we had to go buy cleaning product ( because the apartment as nothing at all) to clean. When we ask for price adjustment he refused , i asked him how long it was since he had see his apartment and offer to share pictures to show him the state of the apartment we never heard back this is my i am sharing my concerns. There is plenty of beautiful units on this site ( Residence Mont Vernon) and everywhere else in St Martin at lower cost . If you read this avoid this one This apartment needs cleaning and TLC. No beach chairs , no soap , no coffee or water for tour firT day, stain sheets ,pots and pans are unusable, dirty dishes we had to wash before using it , fridge stink we have to wash same thing with stove. Take your time look around this ain t a great deal believe us

Very clean studio. Great communication with property manager and got to meet the owner during our stay. Very attentive to our needs! Stephanie assisted us with check in/out and very helpful! Hated to leave!
