Gorgeous views and pure design in this large 1,400 sq ft condo with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. Enjoy its completely equipped kitchen with Italian cabinets, granite countertops, Bosch dishwasher, premium appliances by Wolf & Subzero, and a full-size washer/dryer. Recently remodeled, it is sparkling new and clean, ready for you.

Very large 4K Samsung TVs in the living room and master room plus extra TV in the second bedroom, 100+ channels including HBO & Showtime, and connected to the internet to watch your favorites at Netflix or Hulu. Real Wi-Fi. Ceramic floors and granite kitchen counters.

Master bedroom with one king size bed with panoramic views and black-out window shades. Walk-in closet with en-suite bathroom with separated bath tub and shower and two washbasins. All bathroom floors and counter tops in marble. Second bedroom with queen bed and views over the city, the Biscayne Bay and the Miami River.

The property includes all kitchen utilities, pots & pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery, kitchen paper, dishwasher soap, etc. Among the electronics you will find toaster, coffee maker, blender, juicer, iron (and iron board) and vacuum cleaner.

In the bathrooms you will find two bath robes to go to Olympic pool (actually, it is longer) and the saunas. Initial supplies of towels, toilet paper, facial tissues, bar soap, hair shampoo & conditioner and hair blower. Bedrooms have sheets, comforter & bed cover. Pillow menu also available.

We also rent other properties, -studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom condos-, in Brickell and Coconut Grove, all de luxe and extremely well maintained. For groups who want to stay close we offer you tailor-made solutions, in two or more apartments!

Great Views

He had a great time and loved the view we enjoyed watching all the boats come and go as well as the huge cruise ships. The condo was in a great location, was the perfect size and had all that we needed. Check in was super easy and we will definitely come back again.

Amazing

Loved staying in this amazing condo. The layout, the decor, the views all amazing. The unit is well appointed you can feel comfortable having guest over , working in the unit or just relaxing. The location is also fantastic for working, shopping and rests. We were able to get to meetings, Starbucks and Brickell City Centre all with a 5 minute walk. I was so happy to have rented this unit after all my travels. Will stay again!!!

Stunning views in a great location!

This condo was amazing! the views are unobstructed which makes one's experience of the Miami's water front a memorable stay. Great location with walkable distance to restaurants, groceries, shops and more. We will definately stay again. Highly recommend.

View and location are first class, but that is all.

Amazing view & location but would not recommend it for reasons below. Check In: Unlike typical VRBO or similar properties where we are provided access code in advance of arrival, we had to wait in a constantly very busy lobby for condo rep to escort us to our unit after going through check in & registration. It felt more like a hotel than a rental property. Parking: we had to pay $35/day cash to access parking two blocks away. Parking in front of building for drop off or pick up was chaotic, a hassle and costly longer than 10min. Condo Access: be prepared to wait at least 5-10min to get elevator. Condo Amenities: a) If you plan on doing any cooking, bring everything including salt/pepper and can opener for you're in an apartment and not a well stacked private property. b) Refrigerator kept shutting off on its own ruining stored food. c) Electric cooktop: after spending 10min figuring out how to turn it on, we texted VRBO contact who sent the site manager to fix, and after more trials, she made it work with an attitude. d) Supplies: for 1wk stay, 4 adults were only provided 6 coffee capsules but when asked for more, we were told those will cost $10/sleeve of 10. One roll of paper towels provided & had to buy more. Less than optimal quality supplies (toilet paper & detergents) for expensive rental. Never had those problems at other properties. e) Maintenance: we informed VRBO contact about slow toilet flushing but nothing done to fix. f) Soft mattress & old W/D

Woluld I come back...A big YES!

Comunication always speedy an on time. Easy Check in /out thanks to Debora Everyone was on time. Extern parking without problems. Lovly unit on the 42nd floor. Amazing view, nicely decorated, comfy beds, full funcional kitchen/washer/dryer. Beeing swiss I could always find some imperfections, but the big question is.... Would I come back...definatly! Thanks for a wunderfull stay at this nice unit.

Incredible experience

This property is amazing. Perfect for our 12 year old and 16 year old boys. Being on the 42nd floor, our views all around were unbelievable. The pool was relaxing. As long as we got to the pool by 11:00am, we got great lounge beds. The wait staff and valet were helpful. The check in was probably the toughest and sometime the key fobs wouldn’t work in the elevator. The hosts are awesome. Highly recommend this place.

The corner room view is the best feature of this unit & we loved having 2 couches for our party of 4

Excellent layout & love the balcony. Few things could make this unit perfect: The master shower head needs to be more adjustable or the glass door needs to be fit better in the space b/c it allows for a gap in-between the door & glass wall so water sprays onto the floor to easily & makes a mess & is dangerously slippery. The guest bedroom closet doesn’t have hanging space -it’s all shelves so our guest has no place to hang clothes to unwrinke from travel.

Fantastic Location!

We could not have been more pleased with this half-way destination at which we chose to meet family visiting from Santiago. It was a superb location in Miami - close to great pool complex/restaurants/shopping (including a short walk to Whole Foods...). And the condo was spotless, well-appointed w/incredible views from every window. 10 out of 10!

Incredible Views and Location

We try to be considerate of anything going on in the current pandemic environment. The location of this property was perfect for our day trip to Miami Beach, little Havana and wandering around the Brickell area. We went to Whole Foods the first night to stock up on mainstays but didn’t expect to not have any sort of all purpose spray in the unit. We are fairly clean people so we went through the one roll of paper towels pretty quick too so we made additional run to the close by CVS for cleaner and paper towels. The views were incredible and no issues getting in and out of the property. We enjoyed a 3 mile run around the close by islands one morning too. The cons: framing of master bedroom shower is a bit off and the doors are super loud when they close due to misalignment. The coffee machine didn’t make the best tasting coffee but the lobby coffee bar was superb. Because of pool location it tends to be a bit windy. They also were doing tile remodeling by pool so the sound of a jack hammer was in our ears each day by the pool. All this said - it is Miami, lots of construction, improvement and development around you. Overall enjoyable stay and would recommend.

Beautiful Condo - Great Location

The Icon Brickell is an amazing condo, and the unit we stayed in was gorgeous - exactly like the pics. Francisco was prompt, courteous, and accommodating. Natalia and Silvia, our other contacts, were equally as prompt and courteous. Would absolutely stay in this unit again; the view was spectacular, the beds were comfy, and the pool on the 15th floor is spectacular. Five star, for sure!

Absolutely amazing views and location

Amazing location and views. The apartment is gorgeous and Francisco was very easy to reach. Negatives, only having 2 keys for the elevator for 4 people and the nuisance to have to carry the key for the elevator and the card for the pool/gym to move around the building. The access to the building when you arrive by car is also problematic, particularly if you don't want to spend a fortune in valet.

Silvia is critical to our success. She oversees bookings and leads the customer service side of the business. Together with the on-site manager she routinely delivers the best experience for our clients.

We started off as property owners and from the beginning, we have helped investors manage their apartments, always in authorized buildings and in accordance with county and state laws. I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company.
