The bedroom TV does not offer YouTube TV but offers streaming apps so that can sign into your personal accounts (e.g., HBO, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.) and watch your favorite shows. It also provides access to a slew of free programming offered by several content providers (e.g., VDU, PLUTO, BET, Classic Movie Channel, Paramount Movie Channel, etc.).

AFTER you reserve the unit on this site, you must then sign a lease (it will be emailed to you by the owner) and fill out an online rental application (Cost is $50). Part of the information you provide in the application will be used to run a background check on you. You should give yourself a two-week buffer between the time you secure the rental on this site and your move in date to allow ample time to execute the required steps and the condo association time to approve you before move in. While maybe arduous and somewhat tedious to navigate, these processes aim to make help your stay at Central Park II as safe and secure as possible.

Please note that smoking, parties and pets (of any kind) are NOT ALLOWED. Additionally, RVs, buses, motorcycles, commercial vehicles, trailers, mobile homes, campers and boats are also NOT ALLOWED.

No cancellations for acts of nature (including Red Tide) unless property is rendered uninhabitable by the act of nature.
