About this property

Large family home, 27-degree pool, 10-minute walk from Vannes center,

Ideal for 1 large, 2 or 3 families, or a group of friends. Property very close to the city and shops while being perfectly isolated. A very large ground giving access to the channel to walk along the water. The pool is heated to 26 degrees from April to mid October. The house is very old (with a large fireplace engraved with a "1566"). Sanitary equipment is very new or new. A large game room with a ping pong. A pool table in the living room. A kitchen / porch overlooking the back lot. At the end of the house there is a 2nd kitchen / bedroom / shower room which can be used to obtain a separate independent part.
Linen can be provided on request:
Bed kit: € 17 per bed, single or double (sheet, duvet cover)
Towel set: 7 € (1 large and 1 small towel)

Resort insurance certificate requested.
A priori, rental of 2 nights minimum, and 1 week during school holidays.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming and spacious villa. Our family group of 14 had more than enough room to relax and enjoy the extensive grounds without ever feeling crowded. The interior is like stepping back in time. Our host Marlene was incredibly helpful and friendly. The amenities kept everyone entertained — we made great use of the swimming pool, pool table, and badminton throughout our stay.Evenings were a highlight, often spent outside using the large gas BBQ, cooking supper together. The kitchen although on the small side, was fully equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals for a large group.The location is ideal - just a 10-minute walk into the lovely market town of Vannes, which is full of great restaurants, bars, and local charm. We were lucky to watch the start of the Women’s Tour de France starting in Vannes! Several beautiful beaches are also within easy reach, anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes by car.Highly recommended for families or groups looking for comfort, space, and a perfect base to explore the area!

Grand week-end en pleine nature, iexceptionnel sur le port de Vannes. Grande maison familiale avec tout l équipement, pour bien occuper tout le monde: grand jardin, piscine chauffée, veranda tres agréable.Tout est prévu pour se sentir comme chez soi

Week end location

On a passé un super week end entre amis. La maison est au top, l'emplacement aussi. Le billard dans le salon fait son petit effet. Nous étions une petite vingtaine donc rapport qualité/prix Excellent. Merci à Marlene pour son accueil. Allez y , vous ne le regretterez pas!!!

Merveilleux séjour

J'ai passé un super séjour avec mes amis à l'occasion de mes 30 ans. La maison est très fonctionnelle avec pleins de chambres disponibles et un très grand domaine. On peut même y apercevoir la mer ;) Marlène a été super disponible et très arrangeante avec moi. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Magnifique demeure familiale

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille avec enfants, beaux-enfants et petits-enfants. Super grande maison bien agencée pour que tous y trouve leur place. Nombreux sports possibles pour la joie de nos enfants en extérieur comme en intérieur. Super piscine. Tout était parfait sauf malheureusement le temps, mais la maison bien grande nous a ravi et permis d'oublier la pluie et la froidure pour un mois de juillet! Merci à Marlène pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et à sa volonté à ce que tout soit parfait pour ses hôtes.

3 jours de moments agréables à manger dehors. Nous avons profité de la piscine bien chauffée. Le centre ville de Vannes est tout proche et facile d'accès à pied. Le site est très calme.

Un site d'exception

Une maison possédant une histoire. Un aménagement tel que l'on se sent "comme dans la famille". La piscine a fait l'unanimité. Un confort toutes saisons. Un environnement calme avec beaucoup de potentielles promenades variées. Nous avons quitté avec beaucoup de mal après un séjour idyllique.

Un anniversaire au top

Week-end pour feter l anniversaire de ma grande soeur avec ses amis. Une grande maison avec plein d espace , une piscine a 26 ,fin mars, une belle veranda. A 30 minutes, à pied le long de la rabine, du marché de Vannes. Le couple qui nous accueille est très agréable, professionnel et arrangeant.Bravo .

nature espace tranquillité

un point pourrait être amélioré concernant la cuisine: il serait utile de revoir l'état de certains ustensiles (exemple supression des poêles dont le revêtement intérieur est altéré) ,de trier et rassembler les éléments d'un même appareil etc afin que le locataire s'y retrouve.

Incroyable we entre amis

On ne pouvait pas espérer mieux comme lieux pour mon anniversaire. La maison est pleine de charme, super bien équipé que ce soit pour l'électroménager, les espaces de vie et la literie. La proximité avec le port de vannes et son immense terrain super bien entretenu viennent ajouter encore un plus à cette superbe location.

Emplacement et demeure magnifiques

L'emplacement est idéal, à 10 minutes à pied du port de Vannes, vue mer, terrain immense, "manoir" ou demeure avec plein de charme (literies de qualité). Piscine chauffée, table de ping pong, billard, baby-foot, bbq. Et le propriétaire comme Jean Marc d'Home Partner sont très sympas. Merci nous avons passé un super we de 3 jours.
