2nd year coming here and this property is beautiful. They continue to improve the overall property. This year they have redone the path to the lake and it's beautiful. We'll be back again.

Great Cabin

This is a very nice cabin on lake Booth, a smaller quiet lake. The pictures are very accurate of the property. Location is 20 min from Minoqua

Lovely Cabin

Beautiful north woods cabin both inside and out. Furnishings are nice and there is enough adequate space in all of the rooms for 6 people to never feel crowded. The front closed-in porch has spectacular views of the lake and is a perfect spot to relax. We all agreed we would love to visit again.

The lodge at booth lake

This home was beautiful! The veiws out of every window were amazing! This home had everything you would need or want for a fun and cozy time. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. We used the fireplace every day so easy to use and made our days nice and cozy. Went to several restaurants in the area The Black Bear Bar food is great and very fun. We also went to Rustic pines food also delicious. Its not too far from amenities but out far enough for privacy. Absolutely loved our stay ! We want to book it again in the summer to enjoy the lovely lake . Thank you for allowing us to enjoy this lovely home.

Amazing house!

We had a fantastic stay at the lake house! We cannot wait to return. The house was so clean and well appointed. We loved everything about it. It was a total dream to stay here. The remote location and quiet lake were a perfect antidote to rowdier lakes. The giant screened in porch has an amazing view of the lake and I enjoyed my coffee there every morning with “lake TV” sitting and watching the lake.

Peacefull Cabin Cove

This was our second year in a row we have stayed in the fall time. Everything is always wonderful at this cabin. With the new addition off the kitchen, you get absolutely stunning views of the lake especially at sunset. We saw several eagles come and go as well. Beautiful week tucked away in the woods right on a lake. Can't get any better than that! We will be back many times.

Beautiful Cabin

This cabin was perfect for us and our fur baby. The location convenient to Minocqua Winter Park as this was a ski trip for us. It was spotless, the owners left notes everywhere explaining the lighting, TV use, wifi, fireplace, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. Wifi and streaming programs was a bit of a challenge but it did not really affect our experience. I was super impressed that the access road was plowed the morning of a 5 inch snowfall. We will return next winter!

Comfortable and beautiful

We were first to arrive in our group and I could not unlock the combination box to be able to open the front door. Fortunately one of the sliding doors was unlocked and we got in that way. The house was beautiful! Very nicely appointed and clearly the owners were very thoughtful about the needs of vacationers the provided us with many places to hang things (coats, hats etc.) and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils and pots and pans. There is plenty of room for our three vehicles to park and for our dogs to run and play outside. We were somewhat familiar with the area because we had stayed on Booth Lake before but it wasn't as nice as this location. It was quiet and very relaxing with lots of summer furniture in the closed in patio for us to use when it was sunny and plenty outdoor seating on the veranda. We stayed 8 days and loved every one of them. Thank you so much for making our vacation great.

Peaceful and relaxing vacation

My family was looking for a relaxing place to spend our week and this place delivered. The cabin had all the amentities we were looking for. The lot was beautifully landscape and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and the screened in porch. The gas grill was very nice as well. We took advantage of the canoes and kayaks. One suggestion would be to upgrade the mattress pads. The current ones are plastic and ill fitting. For those of you bringing a boat the driveway is a bit narrow and there isn't much room to maneauver. You may want to consider offloading at the boat launch first. Also there are no bumpers on the dock. My husband made a trip to the local Walmart to pick a few up to use during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves very much and would consider staying again.

Gorgeous property

Honestly, I don’t want to post this review because I want to keep this gem to ourselves. We had a wonderful 6-night stay and had everything we needed. The property was clean, well-maintained, situated on a small-ish but clear lake, and amenities and room was plentiful for a family of 4 with two dogs. Another couple with 4 kids could have easily stayed with us without getting too cramped. The outdoor amenities were wonderful, with a fire ring, Adirondack chairs, extra folding chairs, a breakfast nook on the porch, several places to sit and eat in the sunroom and kitchen, and an upstairs loft with four twin beds. There are three bedrooms, two of them with an en suite, another bathroom with a shower, and a full living area downstairs. We never felt like we were on top of each other, and the freshly remodeled kitchen had top-notch appliances. There is a boat dock, which we made use of with a pontoon we rented nearby. We also kayaked the small lobe of the lake nearby. The water is calm and clean. We went fishing and caught a few bluegill (though honestly we didn’t try very hard for much else). The lake is quieter than some of the others nearby but can get cramped when jet skis and speedboats cruise by because it’s not really a lake that is large enough for these types of boats to go full speed for very long without cascading waves to fishing boats nearby. The only downside was the spotty and unreliable WiFi, but we were always able to watch a movie from the streaming service on the TV in the main living room every evening, with only a couple interruptions. We’re going to try booking again next year, though the Vacasa fees are starting to get a little high, which is the other downside. Other than that, this property is the best we’ve seen in the area, and we’ve been coming up and renting every year for the last four years since our family sold our property in nearby west clear lake. This place definitely felt more like home than the others, and we’ll try to be back. Lastly, a shout out and thank you to Vacasa staff (Dakota) for promptly coming by to fix a water heater issue (it was turned down too low when we arrived) and maintaining a sparkling, spotless property and answering all of our questions.

Beautiful Cabin

Need to advise folks ahead of time that the longish drive way is pretty narrow with steep drop-offs on both sides and is extremely difficult, when driving a F-250 truck and pulling a duck boat, to maneuver... from turning onto the driveway to getting turned around once at the top... especially at night. Another note, there are two combo locks at the front door... the combo provided DOES NOT go to the lock on the door... it goes to the lock mounted on the door frame. Vacasa folks knew nothing about the cabin. The TV in the master bedroom is NOT Wi-Fi capable as advertised. You need to bring EVERYTHING you might need, which is extremely difficult when traveling... The only consumables provided was soaps & toilet paper. So, stop by the wonderful "Trig's" everything store on your way in. They too have great pre-made meals, at a great price, otherwise you could spend too much money on stocking the fridge on condiments... and salt & pepper. Notes all around providing info... except the info we seemed to need... again, Vacasa was USELESS as far as being helpful to how something worked or where something was... it took two days before we finally heard from the Property Manager... he was a little helpful... but took far too long to respond to our texts. But, the house was beautiful. Some of the decor had to be moved as to allow use of the tables and such... rooms too were tiny. I'm NOT a whiner, just too much irritated me at this cabin. K~

Great stay!

Everything was perfect except the Wi-Fi wasn’t strong and the pillows and comforter I had feathers/down in them and I’m allergic. Other than that it felt like I was staying in a mansion.

The remodeled kitchen was fantastic. The house is beautiful. It would be nice if there was a rowboat for fishing. The canoes were tippy with the power boats on the lake.

Must visit!!

This was our second time visiting this cabin. Definitely a fan favorite as there is so much to do here. From using the canoes and kayaks to hanging a hammock in the tree, to relaxing and eating your meals on the screened porch. This is a place to go and revitalize your mind. With the newly finished basement, it allowed for an additional space for the kids to play with their toys on the rainy day. Being able to light a fire in the fireplace and read a good book or watch a movie while soaking in the cabin feel is one of our favorite parts. Definitely love making family memories here!!

My family and I go to many places but this was everything you need is there. To every pot and pans to glasses, wine glasses never run out of silverware. Didn't need to bring my curling iron or blow dryer or makeup mirror. Plenty of towels for everyone we had 6. Most beautiful place all around. Love the decor simply an outdoors feel. My son and I went fishing everyday we rented a Pontoon boat for the week. Yes we had no trouble docking it on the pier and it was a 24ft one. Yes the stairs was a climb but gave us more energy too. I am 58 and have bad hip and knees so if I could do it every day I think anyone can. The sunsets were picture perfect. The only thing is a dishwasher would of been nice. Internet yeah is bad. But you have so much to do than watch tv. We will be back we absolutely loved it there. Oh don't forget your laundry in the drier cuz now I have to pay up to $50.00 to get it sent to me. It still was best vacation for my family and I.

A MIXED BAG OF EMOTIONS

Staying at this house was a UNIQUE EXPERIENCE. Some good and some not so good. Shortcuts in house presentation really did give a wrong impression right off the bat, but Viscasa listened and responded. The dryer is still being vented directly into the laundry room which caused excessive dust, moisture and water dripping forming water puddles on the floor for which we called Viscasa twice. Vacasa did send out workers to rectify simple problems, as well as a working vacuum and some cleaning supplies, per our request, because we stayed 3 weeks and cared to keep the house in clean order during that time. The internet connection we were told they had was more like NO internet at all with a download of 7.01 and upload of 3.11 with constant rebooting. Somedays we could not even get on line. Doing any Internet business was impossible. We had to revert to our hotspot on our car if we had something important to be on the internet for. The house was INCREDIBILITY QUAINT feeling with the knotty pine details and all the Northwoods authentic charm. This spot on the lake is serene and not heavily trafficked either by cars or boats. We thoroughly enjoyed hearing the loons and watching them in their feeding ritual diving for fish, saw a bald eagle up close twice, and really enjoyed reading their “Best Muskie Book” stories to our family on a rainy day. We have a lot of good memories of our stay. There were a lot of things that were appreciated: the kitchen had modest essentials, the towels and sheets were crisp, very white, and looked near new. The only downside was the house really needed a good deep cleaning and dusting; with that being said, we are also living in a time where we understand it’s hard to find enough people who want to work.

Great little lodge

Our family had a fantastic week here. We loved the lodge and its location on the lake. The lake is clear and beautiful. The inside of the lodge fit our family well as there are 3 bathrooms and plenty of sleeping space. Everything about the lodge was great, just wished they had a dishwasher and more comfy beds. We would absolutely rent again!

Tranquility on Booth Lake

We had a wonderful time in a wonderful location during our stay on Booth Lake. We were definitely on the best part of the lake and enjoyed fishing, swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking! At the end of the day, we would have cocktails in front of the outdoor fireplace and then eat on the beautiful screened in porch. The only thing we were missing was a dishwasher, but that was just fine. We loved our stay!! Also, nice proximity for restaurants and grocery shopping. We would highly recommend this property!

Love the Lodge

Lovely lodge. The perfect weekend getaway with family. The last few miles of our journey to the Lodge was hilly and curvey, a true backwoods experience. We hiked the Madeline and Bear Trap trails. The were super nice. Buy some wood on your way there to enjoy a fire outside.
