"Southern Sea's" offers a Beach Cottage in a small picket fence community within 8 min. walk to the Worlds Most Beautiful Beaches. Enjoy your evening under the covered Rocking chair porch or grill/dine outside on the back patio with a fenced yard. This home is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath with open floor plan from the Kitchen, Living area to Dining Room. Kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless appliances, breakfast bar and comes fully stocked to make your favorite dishes/ recipes. Start making those memories with friends & family at our Community pool/gas grills/fountains/tables/restroom all within a few steps. Property sleeps 6 people. Pet friendly for small dogs 2+ years or older and under 35LBS. No puppies./Updated rabies vaccine/dog photo. Traveler ID required & must be 25 yrs or older.

The best getaway!

Our 3rd stay at this beautiful home! We thoroughly enjoyed staying here, short walk to the beach, friendly neighbors, and Kim is an AWESOME host to work with! She is so accommodating and was easy to contact during our stay! We will be returning soon!

Pre-trip communications were excellent with the owner. Write up in Vrbo was spot on. House was roomy, well stocked, clean and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this listing to others!

Was great place to stay especially since I had my dogs with us and there was a large backyard for them to run in. Communication was great with owner and everything was as advertised. Would highly recommend this property.

My family and I initially booked with Kim for 5 days, once we arrived we weren’t ready to go home and booked additional days which was a very easy process. We adored this home and plan to return in the future!

Perfect house for a family vacation

This house had it all- private location that was an 8 minute walk to the beach. Spacious and very clean. Loved making meals in the kitchen that had everything we needed. Kim the host was easy to reach and made our stay worry free.

Destin Girls Trip!!!

The location of this property could not have been any better! The beach, malls, COFFEE, and all the restaurants were so close. We usually stayed within 10 min of the house. We walked a lot and felt very safe in the area. The house was tucked away and beautiful! Very clean and affordable. The only two complaints were the couches and the beds. The living room couches weren’t comfortable so we had to hang out in the bedroom to watch a few movies at nights. Two of us girls shared a bed together and it was very noisy each time you moved. Overall, we’d definitely come back. The owner was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Thank you Kim!!!

I always book a VRBO with a hot tub. The first thing I noticed was NO HOT TUB , so I called the property manager and they said they never had one. So I asked why they are MISREPRESENTING the property. I paid for a hot tub and didn’t get one. They did not even offer to reduce the price. What she did offer was for me to leave right away so she wouldn’t get a bad review. My daughter went to use the bedroom jacuzzi and it spewed out black particles. I would not recommend the property or agent to anyone

Perfect spot

This is a great location and a very nice place. My wife is a bit of a clean freak and even she was impressed with how clean it was. We brought our dog and the fenced yard was perfect. Everything in the listing was correct and everything worked perfectly. The internet was plenty fast enough- I had no problem with a couple of zoom meetings that I had to take during the week. Also it was nice that they had satellite TV. Many vrbos only have streaming options. We brought our bikes and enjoyed cycling all the was to Seaside and back on the wonderful Tmpoochee trail. We spent time on the beach, which honestly is only an 8 minute walk. And the neighborhood pool was right by the house and quite nice. We had it completely to ourselves. All in all I highly recommend this place.

Lovely home

Would definitely stay here again. It’s a short few blocks walk from the public beach in a really cute and nice neighborhood. The pool area was super nice too and literally just a few houses down the street. The only thing that we didn’t love was that the master bed was super loud with every movement, roll over or turn of a pillow, it wasn’t the bed frame so we think it was the box spring or something. The amenities were great and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. The guest bathroom toilet paper holder was pretty loose but that would be a quick fix by the management. Great VRBO home.

Everything and then some!

Having been a resident of the local area for 19 years, it was good to come back and relax. We chose the location because we're so familiar with the surroundings. The property and amenities were absolutely what we required for our stay. Parking was more than adequate. We really took advantage of the pool with the grilling area and often had it all to ourselves. The kitchen is well stocked. With it being pet friendly, it's definitely a plus. The only downside, is that the WiFi is painfully slow. 😀

June Beach Vaca

Location was great and just a short walk to the beach. The house is spacious and ideal for a family of 5. Fenced in backyard was great for traveling with pets. We had a wonderful time here, thank you for some wonderful memories.

This house if near the beach, restaurants and shops with only a short walk. Kim was extremely helpful and communicated with us throughout our stay and answered any questions we had. I would recommend this property to anyone and we will return.

Great Experience...Great Location

This property is in a quiet neighborhood with access to the beach within walking distance. The home was elegant and spacious! We enjoyed the fenced-in backyard for our two dogs. Easy access to great shopping, walking, and a 10 ft. bike path was great for riding our bikes. Great Restaurants! The ocean water was beautiful aqua blue and crystal clear this time of year. Thanks again for a great week!

Why they chose this property

I love this neighborhood because of the Charm from the decor of the homes and picket fence through out. It's like a little community you would see in a movie. It's a small neighborhood with sidewalks and so much character for each home. Our house has a large kitchen/living/dining area for you to enjoy with your family and that was very important to me. I hope you enjoy it and please share your vacation memories with us.

What makes this property unique

I know some guest don't want to cook on vacation but if you do we are working on a recipe wall for all of our guest who would like to add one of their favorites dishes. I plan to frame the recipe's for everyone to enjoy!!! You may want to snap a picture of one and cook it later at your home... Destin has amazing food so I don't blame you if you don't want to cook on vacation.... Just enjoy, relax & make those memories........
