In addition to the main house, the guest apartment is complete one bedroom apartment with bathroom and kitchenette. From tennis and volleyball courts (all on the grounds) to lounging and grilling for the adults to games and swimming for kids, this house is ideal vacation home.
The home is within 30 minutes of New Braunfels, Seguin, and Gruene, and one hour from Austin and San Antonio.
