Very cozy Parisian apartment - Quiet - 3 minutes from Eiffel tower

This very cozy Parisian apartment is located two blocks away from the Champs de Mars, a large public greenspace / park which faces the Eiffel Tower.

The buiding dates from the 20th century . It is located on the 7th floor with an elevator and a great view on the eiffel Tower from balconies.

This apartment has recently been fully refurbished with a lot of style. It is oriented southwest and is quiet. It has wooden floors.

This 40m2 apartment is extremely functional and can easily accomodate 3 adults or a family with 1 teenager – with a queen size bed ( that could be divided in 2 beds if needed ) – and a fold out couch in the living room.

- Bedroom as a queen size bed that can be separated in 2 singles beds.

- Living room has a fold out couch full size.

- Kitchen is open plan with dish washer, washer dryer and a top induction stove. It has also a bar where you can eat at.

- Dining space with table and chairs.

- Bathroom has a shower.

- Separate toilet just off kitchen / living space.

This apartment is a perfect «pied-à-terre» for your Parisian stay, its location is ideal, very central near all the great Parisian highlights, Eiffel tower ,rue Cler, Seine river, Champs-Elysées, Invalides, Concorde, Saint-Germain-des Près, Orsay and the Louvre museums.

It will be my pleasure to welcome you, show you around and make sure you settle in confortably.

Nearest metro station « Ecole Militaire» is 5 minutes walk from the apartment building. Buses….

Comfortable, modern apartment in great location

Louis and Eric were gracious hosts, very communicative and available for greeting us at the apartment and over email throughout our 10 day stay. Eric gave us a very nice tour of the apartment functions and of nearby Rue St Dominique where he introduced us to a bakery which became a regular favorite stop. The apartment had everything we needed and was surprisingly quiet for being so centrally located near the Eiffel Tower.

New Year’s Eve in Paris!

This is a lovely cozy apartment in a lovely neighborhood, a block and a half from the Eiffel Tower. There is a small, but impressive, view of the Tower and her sparkles from the apartment. Louis and Eric are wonderful hosts. The apartment is well appointed and, from booking to check in to check out, the experience was efficient and friendly. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay!

My husband I just spent our first wedding anniversary here. It was a wonderful experience. Louis sent us an email immediately after booking, clarifying the check-in process. The day we arrived, he met us at the apartment to complete a quick walk through of the apartment and showed us how various amenities worked. He then took us on a tour of the neighborhood, orienting us to the local Patisserie, butcher shop, wine shop, cheese shop, and market. It's honestly all right there. Inside the apartment we had everything we needed - a great shower, toilet, bedroom, full kitchen, and a great view of the Eiffel Tower. The location was great for taking a quick walk to the Tower and there is more than one convenient metro stop nearby. My only recommendation for improvement would be a slightly softer bed. Other than that, it was fantastic. I would highly recommend this apartment and working with Louis. Great experience!

Take me back to Paris!

We stayed for 5 days in September as a family of 3, our daughter is an adult in her 20's . I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay in Paris. Louis was very communicative from initial booking to check out. He arranged transport for us from CDG airport which worked wonderfully. The apartment is in an affluent and quiet area of Paris. We laughed every time we got in the world's smallest elevator. The proximity to the Eiffel Tower is a bonus. A must-do is to go to the park around Eiffel tower at night to see it light up, on the hour. The top part of the tower is visible from the small balconies. We also visited Rue Cler several times, which is a cobble stone street and has several markets and restaurants. Everything Paris has to offer is very close. My daughter had the Lime App and we all rented the scooters several times to get around , very fun along the Seine River (weather was perfect). We got a 2 day pass on the Batobus which Louis recommended, also a great way to travel. The pullout sofa was very comfortable, the only small negative is that the bedroom bed was a little hard. We had a fabulous stay and would definitely rent this apartment again.

Manager is excellent, property is clean and location is absolutely amazing. The apartment is hot as it is on the top floor and the a/c unit was broken. The manager was excellent, provided fans and offered return to airport for free for four if us

5 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower

I traveled to Paris on holiday with my sister-in-law and mother-in-law. We chose this apartment because of the location, close to the Eiffel Tower and the lift for my mother-in-law who doesn’t do stairs very well. Louis welcomed us to the apartment after we arrived via the Eurostar train. We did have a €50 late checkin fee for our late arrival after 8 pm. Louis gave us a tour of the building and explained how to use the lights, lift, doors and all of the appliances in the apartment. We appreciated the washer/dryer combo during our stay. The view from the patio was amazing. The top of the Eiffel Tower just outside our window made us feel like we were really in Paris and not just in another city. The bed in the bedroom was a little uncomfortable (hard). We should have requested the two twins be made up separate instead of pushed together. The new pullout couch was comfortable, more than the bed. Water pressure in the shower was great, and we had enough hot water for 3 ladies to take proper showers in the morning. If we return to Paris in the future, we’ll definitely look into this or another property managed by Louis! We didn’t realize he had a website with all the properties he managed until he gave us his card.
