An outside fridge is situated by the BBQ area for alfresco dining. There is a fifth bedroom which is owners apartment this is closed and not for rental.

Magnifique villa

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cette très belle villa avec nos enfants et petits enfants . La vue est magnifique avec de superbes couchers de soleil. Rien ne manque et la salle de jeux a été très appréciée par les grands et les petits. Nous avons tous envie de revenir.

Wonderful Stay

Well equipped, beautifully clean and presented villa. Stunning location with views out to the sea Host extremely responsive. Only thing to bear in mind is there are no essentials left in the villa beyond toilet rolls. Not the owners responsibility to provide but most other villas we have stayed in have had ‘leftovers’ from previous guests to save buying store cupboard staples. Didn’t detract from the holiday at all. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again Thank you

Lovely Loule break

Very well appointed property that more than lived up to it listing. Situated in a quiet area a short drive to the main town and even shorter journey to the large Continente supermarket. Property was exceptionally spacious and clean, with wonderful vies over the local hillside with the sea in the distance.

Highly recommended!

An absolutely amazing and stunning villa! The entire villa is very spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The grounds included the pool, a lovely BBQ area, and many little seating arrangements and beautiful garden area. Kitchen was very well equipped as was rest of the house. Magnifique propriété - belle cuisine où tout y est - belles chambres avec salle de bain - passage régulier des femmes de ménage et du personnel chargé de l'entretien de la piscine. Excellent quality Villa

One of the best villas we have stayed in - there was nothing that you needed that was not there - very well equipped. Exceptionally clean and all communications both with the owner and the management company were 'spot on'.

Excellent family villa

We've just enjoyed a excellent family holiday for 2 weeks and the facilities were exceptional. Plenty of room for 8 adults. The house is beautiful and very well equipped with kitchen utensils and crockery. The only thing missing was a wine cooler for outside dinning table the wine gets warm very quickly in the sun. ( But this wasn't really a problem.) We would definitely rent again if we were in that area as a big group. Contact with the agents and owner before and during the trip was very good. Thank you Anita for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Très bon séjour !

10 jours au top en Algarve. Belle maison bien agencée et bien équipée. Seuls bémols: la zone de jeux des enfants est fatiguée et mériterait un coup de neuf ! Et les parasols de la zone piscine sont fatigués aussi.

Great villa for family holiday. Quiet, nice view, great pool.

Surprise extra fee for pool heating, not good. Pop up visits by people to house cleaning, gardening and pool service.There should be some information about the schedule of this visits, it’s all about our privacy. Pinball machine was not working, we gave that information but no one came to fix it...

Großzügiges Haus mit gut beheiztem Pool

Wir haben das großzügige Raumangebot des Hauses und den warmen Pool sehr genossen. Leider mussten wir beim Check In , Xavier bemühen, da kein Schlüssel in der Keybox war. Der Aufenthalt in dem Haus war für uns sehr entspannend, da es sich in einer ruhigen Lage befindet und gute Privatsphäre bietet.

Beautiful villa in a great location

The Villa was spacious and spotlessly clean, very comfy beds and superb views across towards the sea. A very quiet location on a hill just a stones throw from Loule with supermarket and restaurants nearby. We made good use of the games room and the 2 year old in our party enjoyed the swings and see saw. We didn't use the Living room until the last day when it rained, good choice of TV channels and very comfy sofas. We had a problem with the pool heating but this was very quickly sorted out by Anita who was extremely helpful at all times from the booking process to arrival. A big thank you from all our family, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Superb Villa in perfect location

Amazing Villa

My wife and I spent the first week of June at the villa with our 2 children and had the most amazing time. The pool is great the views are lovely and the villa beautiful. The surrounding area also has plenty to do for everyone in the family and everyone was so friendly.

Alles in allem in Ordnung

Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt. Finca ist Preis leistungsmässig ok. Allerdings stellenweise in die Jahre gekommen und etwas feuchte Wände. Betten waren gemütlich und sauber. Ansonsten war die finca gut ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet.

Excellent family villa

We stayed 2 weeks in May-19. The villa was easy to find with direction provided. The pool was superb. Lovely and warm with stunning views of the hills and the coast in the distance. Very spacious villa with beautiful grounds. Everything you could want or expect from a luxury villa. Already looking at returning next year. We have never returned to the same villa before but having been to villas for 10 years I have never stayed at a better villa. My little girl almost lived in the pool and play ground. SIMPLY PERFECT.

A fabulous villa with stunning facilities and view

We spent a week at the villa in Sept 2017 - 7 of us of ages ranging from 24 to 82... Everyone loved the villa - the facilities are excellent, the villa is very well maintained and the views over the valley and to the seas are lovely. We had great weather but the games room would have got even more use than it did if we hadn't been so lucky with the sun. Overall, a great holiday at a wonderful location. Thanks
