Great rental

Happiest of Holidays

We had a lovely stay and warm holiday away with our family of five. The kitchen is fantastic for cooking - the space ample for diverse needs/ages, the location perfect for small breakout wanderings into & around town. Business/Pleasure Family Getaway

From the first steps in Villa Rosario greeted us with such a sense of Peace. We were able to utilize all the different spaces with a mix of business and relaxation. Fireworks from the roof top patio on New Years Eve, the writers desk, having a business zoom meeting at the large dining table, reading nooks, close to excellent dining, and Ski Santa Fe are just a few of the highlights of our stay. Sasi was so attentive to all our needs and communication was top notch!

A gem of a property

A lovely stay!

This was such a beautiful property to stay at with some family and friends. Everyone was in awe when we walked into the place. It is a short walk to the plaza, which is pretty neat as well. The hosts were amazingly accommodating, especially answering a late night call when we were having some issues finding the place. (Fault of our own, it's actually quite easy to locate.) I would absolutely love to come back. Thanks so much for hosting us!

Perfect Retreat in Santa Fe

Northeast Santa Fe was the perfect retreat for our girls weekend. The home is beautifully decorated and the gardens lush and gorgeous. We enjoyed coffee in the morning sunshine each morning and ended our evenings under the full moon and starry sky by the fire. We will definitely recommend to friends and return on our next trip.

Stunning Courtyards!

We are frequent visitors to Santa Fe and this was our first time staying here and will not be our last. Well appointed home was conveniently located to the plaza and walkable with plenty of off street parking. The hosts were gracious and accommodating; they checked in on us to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the outdoor courtyards and views from the upper level deck! Great location and well kept. Sasi was great

We stayed with another couple and our two 4 year old daughters for a week. The house was very clean, the outside is very nice and private, and we received a welcome basket when we arrived from Sasi. Very thoughtful gesture. Sasi checked on us multiple times and arranged for a beautiful brunch that he personally delivered to the house. To top everything else off, our daughter forgot her stuffed animal at the house and Sasi offered to mail it back to us. Great service. Very highly recommend this location.

Perfect house for safe family reunion

This beautiful historic house was as described. It was a good choice for our three generation family of 6 adults and 2 kids. We especially appreciated the well equipped kitchen as we cooked many meals due to Covid. It’s location is good with a wonderful playground nearby. We walked to the Plaza often. Really Attractive and comfortable

We liked the layout - especially the multiple outdoor spaces. Very nicely decorated. Walking into square was a real plus. Only negative was limited parking when we had some quests.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay. Kutlu was very easy to communicate with, he had everything planned so well. We had a wonderful time with my sister in law over a 6 day stay. Family vacation in Santa Fe

We enjoyed our stay at the Rosario Hill house very much. This house is very close (walking distance) to the plaza. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant retreat. The outside courtyard is really beautiful, and we enjoyed the cool summer evenings outdoors. We also enjoyed some of our meals on the rooftop deck. The beds were comfortable, and house was clean. We really enjoyed our stay in Santa Fe.

Magical Design Meets Fuctional Space

This home is pure magic! The attention to detail in design and appointments is unparalleled! It also functions so beautifully and the outdoor space makes choosing between indoor and outdoor living very hard! We didn’t have to drive anywhere, we were able to walk all around Santa Fe plaza and surrounding areas! This home is the full package with location, cleanliness, design, function, and charm! The owner was so communicative, and helpful! I literally cried saying bye-bye to the home! Thank you for an easy end beautiful stay!

Great Experience

My partner and I were looking for a nice place to hang and chill for a few days. We wanted a place with a nice kitchen, comfortable and stylish surroundings, outdoor areas and a convenient location. This house met and exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed cocktails and dinner in several areas of the house. The kitchen is well equipped and the house is just great. The apple TV and Bose bar made streaming and playing our music a snap. Kutlu and Sasi are great manager/hosts and know how to do it right. Available and helpful. We will definitely be back and have friends already asking for details so they can book. Thank you!

Family Vacay

House was great! Kutlu was a gracious host and was always a phone call away if we had a question. We took our 3 and 5 yo boys and the house was very safe and secure. Location is hard to beat too. Very close to the plaza and restaurants. Definitely staying there again on our next trip to Santa Fe.

Just perfect!

This is a gorgeous property ! It was even better than expected because sometimes the pictures are deceiving. In this case, it was exactly what the pictures showed or even better ! The owner was very accessible and helpful with any questions. I wish we could have stayed longer. I hope to go again in the spring or summer!
