Waterfront condo overlooking saltwater pool and Lake Norman marina! Fully furnished with queen sized bed in master bedroom with private bathroom. The guest room has a queen sized bed as well with a full bathroom (shared with common area). The patio overlooks the saltwater pool and marina, built-in high top table so you can have dinner with a view!
If relaxing is your thing, then enjoy the leather automatic reclining sofa with built-in USB chargers while you catch up on the latest Netflix series. Multiple great golf courses are less than 10 miles away with the closest public course being 1.2 miles away (with driving range). Birkdale shopping, dining, and nightlife less than a quarter mile from condo. Uptown Charlotte is 15 miles away and has tons to offer!
