NEVADA SUITE is a very cozy studio located just 4 minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais and its beaches.

The refined and colorful decoration, you will enjoy this apartment and your stay in Nice. The colored keys of the living room give a lot of vitality to the main room.
The apartment has a free WIFI connection by fiber optic and air conditioning.

Located in the center of Nice, you will find in less than 10 minutes walk the pedestrian street, its many shops and restaurants, Place Masséna, the famous avenue Jean Médecin and its shops and the Old Nice where you will discover all the specialties local.


There is a bus stop nearby, allowing you to easily get around Nice and its surroundings.
The city offers many Blue Bike points, allowing you to easily drive into the city center.
The train station is 15min walk.
Nice airport is only 15min drive away.

NEVADA SUITE is composed as follows:

LIVING ROOM :
The living room includes a sitting area with a nice sofa, a coffee table and a nice chair and a flat screen TV.
There is also a comfortable Queen size bed. An unfolding indoor palisade allows you to isolate the bed from the sitting area and gain privacy.
The living room is equipped with air conditioning.

BATHROOM :
The bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower, a towel holder, a hairdryer and WC.
There is also a washing machine.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.
It also has a dining table and 2 chairs.

BALCONY:
You can also opt for your meals or breakfasts outside thanks to its balcony as well as its table and its chairs of outside.

Was soll ich sagen. Ein altes Haus, so wie es halt fast in ganz Nizza ist. Die Küche extra war fein. Hätte ein bisschen renoviert werden können. Aber im großen und ganzen war es in Ordnung.

Great location and cute apartment

This was our 3 rd year to rent this apartment in Nice. Location and convenience are terrific. Ease of dealing with N&J staff very good. The apartment is comfortable and serves our needs. However some of the finishes and furniture are showing wear. Peeling wallpaper, loose and wobbly shower head in the bathroom are examples. But generally we are extremely pleased and hope to return again. See above.

The accommodation was in a good location for us. Near the beach and short walk to town. It was quiet where it was. Well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, lovely balcony. It was perfect for us thank you The mugs in the kitchen hadn’t been cleaned the person before us had left them dirty but this want a problem to us

Great location

We rented this apartment for two months. It’s location was perfect; close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The property managers Nestor & Jeeves are terrific. They provided an app that has all the information for the apartment, check-in/check-out. They were great and quick to respond wit any questions we had. We would definitely return and stay here.

Perfect Budget stay in Nice

We did really enjoy our stay and would love to come back again. The location of the apartment was very convenient. It is very close to the beach and in a walking distance to the train station, old town and port area as it is advertised. The only problem during our stay was the construction work on the street, and we had some inconvenience due to noise. However, it is not related to the apartment itself. Except the noise we enjoyed our stay so much. Thank you for your hospitality.
