This is a brand new top of the line 34 Ft 5th wheel with 2 slide-outs. It is 5 minute walk to the beach, and boat launch. Summerland is the original location of the first of the modern wineries which is Sumac Ridge Winery, now the Okanagan has over 200 wineries. Along with Golf, fishing, Bars, Restaurants, Ironman competition, Biking and Running Paths. This property is 5 minutes to town, 15 minutes to Penticton and 45 minutes south to the USA border and north to Kelowna . Occupancy is restricted to 2 persons, parking for unit by 5th wheel .

Excellent place to stay! So quiet & peaceful. Beautiful location. Was sad to leave.

We would rent this spot again! Loved, loved, loved it! Friendly owner, beautiful trailer, amazing property, peaceful, close to beaches & all my favourite fruit stands! Best holiday. Just wasn’t long enough & sad to leave.
