Situation of the villa

On Trois Ilets village, above the Pointe du Bout, the villa offers you a green very quiet environment.

Enjoying a lovely view of Caribbean Sea, it is 900 m from Anse Mitan Beach and about 1 km from the lively Pointe du Bout village.


The house

This two-level villa of 220m² (+ 50m² terrace) has 7 rooms.

The main level includes:
-1 Air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and attached bathroom
-1 Air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and attached shower room
-1 Very large living room of 50m² opened onto the terrace. It includes a sitting area with sofas, a flat screen TV and a beautiful well equipped open kitchen

The upper level includes:
-1 Air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and a small sea view
-1 Air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds (that can be brought together as for the picture) and a small sea view
-2 Air-conditioned bedrooms with trundle beds for 1 or 2 children
-A bathroom with shower

In front of the main level living room, the shaded terrace is facing the deck bordering the swimming pool and enjoys a beautiful Caribbean sea view. It has an outdoor lounge area and a large table where you will enjoy your meals.
