Newly Renovated UNIT 1B3: You may never want to leave this sleek one-bedroom beach retreat!

Between an absolutely incredible view and two sumptuous loungers to take it all in, you'll find it an ideal relaxation zone. A sense of spaciousness fills the room with the unique layout of the living area. Bright white cabinets are accented with aqua tones in the kitchen, and aqua colors swim through the bedroom, as well. Upscale flooring and appointments throughout. Flat screen TVs featured in all rooms. In-room safe. Queen-sized sleeper sofa in living room. King bed in master bedroom. Maximum occupancy: 4 people. Flexible scheduling with just a 4-night minimum (excluding holidays).

Direct gulf-front views from the large lanai. Third-floor location overlooks a simply "wow" view of the beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ocean's Reach was one of the first resort condos to reopen after hurricanes. (The property I rented before Ian has still not reopened.) I made the reservation, hoping to like it, and I did! This is a wonderful property! The office staff was so accommodating, responsive, and very pleasant! And the grounds are beautifully maintained.I loved the 1B3 one-bedroom. It was spotless; the decor was very beachy and well-appointed; the kitchen had everything I needed; so nice to have great washer and dryer in the apartment; the bathroom was lovely; the bedroom has a great bed and closet.And, THE VIEW IS SPECTACULAR: palm trees and endless beach. Plus a pool. Each unit has covered assigned parking, and has its own locked storage unit in the carport for sandy chairs and umbrellas.I've already made my reservation to return to Ocean's Reach next year.

Amazing Location!

The location was great! Literally just steps from the beach after you exit the building. Everything was very clean and comfortable (with the exception of the pull out couch…..it was pretty bad) We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again.

Great stay

The condo had the absolute BEST view! We loved the short walk to the beach. It made it easy with kids. The condo was exactly as described. Comfortable and very clean! The ceiling fans were impressive. The front desk was great to work with when we needed extra towels, paper towels, and a pate check out! The only thing I would fix is adding a decent nonstick skillet and a sheet pan of some sort.

Excellent Location for Beach Front View

Amazing view, excellent location to restaurants, shopping, and visiting other island beaches. Our room was great for a couple. Very comfortable and clean. Great shelling for this location.
