Semi-detached house for up to 8 people in different heights, very bright, completely renovated, with great views over the north coast and the citadel of Peñiscola. The house consists of two or three bedrooms with their terrace, according to the number of tenants (two double beds, 160 cm and 150 cm respectively, 2 single beds and 2 bunk beds), two bathrooms, living-dining room with covered terrace, kitchen, and another uncovered terrace with charcoal barbecue. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker... Ceiling fan in all bedrooms, A/C in living room and master bedroom.
Parking space. Communal area with swimming pool. Pets are allowed upon request and payment (1 per stay).
Wifi. Sheets and towels are not included, but can be rented on site.
Final cleaning included in the price.
Swimming pool open from early June to mid-September.

Magnifique appartement tres fonctionnel, propre et aux mobiliers récents, accompagné d une piscine partagée calme et à 600 mètres de la citadelle. Hôte tres sympathique et réactive qui a su faire de cet endroit un lieu de villégiature où on s y s en comme chez soi. Nous recommandons vivement.

Super appartement.

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour dans un super appartement, spacieux idéal pour quatre adultes. Nous avons vraiment appréciés la terrasse, avec une vue magnifique sur la plage . Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et à l'écoute. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

Wonderful Holiday Home

This holiday home is excellent for two couples with up to two children. The house is on four levels so not ideal for those struggling with stairs. It is very well equipped. The owners are very friendly and gave us a helpful walk around. The weather was mixed and the property was never too hot or cold. The property lies on a hill providing great views of the the old town of Peniscola, however this hill needs to be regularly negotiated if you are planning on eating out. I would definitely recommend this.

Todo perfecto.. la casa muy bonita y limpia y con todo lo necesario.. la única pega es que la cuesta para ir a la playa era bastante larga y empinada.. por lo demas todo perfecto

Muy buena opción y fiel a lo mostrado

Hemos disfrutado mucho nuestra estancia. La comunicación con Iciar muy buena, pendiente de cualquier cosa que nos surgiera. La casa muy limpia, muy bien mantenida, y con amueblamiento sencillo pero con gusto. Goza de ventiladores en todas las habitaciones, lo cual es de agradecer. Tuvo hasta el detalle de dejar una botella de vino. Los primeros días se hizo un poco durilla la subida desde la playa, pero al final ya hasta nos acostumbramos. Calidad-precio inmejorable.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit einem fantastischen Blick auf die Burg und das Meer.

Wir haben eine Woche mit unseren vier Kindern in Peniscola verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Kinder haben es geliebt, vor und nach dem Strand im Pool zu schwimmen. Peniscola hat wunderschöne große Strände und eine fantastische Altstadt mit der berühmten Burg. Unsere Gastgeber haben uns ganz tolle Tipps gegeben, insbesondere sehr gute Restaurantadressen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Simplemente Genial!

Mi familia y yo hemos estado 14 días encantados! La casa es tal y como se muestra en las fotos, yo diría que mucho mejor!! Sin duda es un lugar para repetir! La propiedad está muy bien situada, aunque hay que subir 600 metros desde la playa todo cuesta arriba, merece totalmente la pena! Muchas gracias a Miguel e Itziar por su amabilidad y disponibilidad! ha sido todo un placer!! Recomendable 100%

Estuvimos muy a gusto en la casa.Muy bien decorada y muy limpio todo. La cuesta no se hace pera nada pesada, solo son 600 metros, es ideal para estar en familia con niños.Desde nuestra cama veíamos el amanecer y el Castillo del Papa Luna.

Vacaciones sencillamente perfectas.

Bueno, la verdad es que, aunque las fotos son suficientemente descriptivas, aún así, me sorprendió el buen estado en que se encontraba todo el mobiliario. La limpieza y la decoración merecen un 10. La casa es grande y muy cómoda. Y, dado que fuimos junto con otra familia, nos pareció perfecta la ubicación de las habitaciones y baños, que permitían total intimidad para cada familia. A mi, esto, me encantó. La ubicación de la casa es buena, la cuesta que hay que subir, aunque es algo intensa, se sube en sólo 5 minutos, de modo que tampoco es algo de lo que preocuparse. Desde luego, cuando vuelva a Peníscola... volveré a alquilarla... En cuanto a la atención de los propietarios, muy bien. Educados, familiares en el trato y buen rollo...

Para repetir

Acabamos de volver de cinco días de vacaciones en familia. Nos ha encantado la casa: todo completamente nuevo (la hemos estrenado nosotros), muy limpia, tal cual sale en las fotos del anuncio y muy bien equipada. Lo mejor, unas vistas al mar increíbles y que se puede ir andando a todas partes, ya que la casa está muy cerca del centro y justo encima de una de las dos playas de Peñiscola. Los propietarios han estado muy atentos y nos han aconsejado muy bien sobre los restaurantes del pueblo y todo lo que hay que ver en los alrededores. Sin duda, volveremos.
