Step into this updated Shores of Panama unit and let your vacation begin! Fresh paint throughout, with an updated kitchen and new tile flooring in the Master- be one of the first to stay in this light and airy unit. When you enter, you will see the kitchen, with white cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counters. It is fully stocked with all of the small appliances you will need. There are plenty of seats at the kitchen bar to eat, or take your morning coffee and head to the balcony to enjoy the oceanfront views. The open layout leads into the living area, which has ample seating and a flat screen TV- perfect for movie nights!

The Master bedroom features a King bed, new tile flooring, a TV for your own entertainment and an en suite bathroom. It's the perfect place to relax at the end of a busy beach day. The second bedroom is a Bunk Room, with twin beds and a door for privacy. It has its own bathroom as well. There is a Washer and Dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Shores of Panama is a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space, indoor and outdoor with hot tubs, modern fitness center with brand new equipment and 2 poolside Tiki bars. There are beachside activities and water-sports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site. Shores of Panama also provides reserved, covered parking and facilities for large events.

Just steps away from everything you could need- Walmart is across the street, and you are just moments away from Pier Park, Panama City's premier shopping and dining area. Pineapple Willy's Beachfront Bar is just steps away, as is Ripley's Museum, Signal Hill Golf Course, mini golf and tons of restaurants. You will have a great time on your vacation, no matter where you go in PCB!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM RESORT: The resort will be performing a multitude of improvements starting on 9/24/24. In general, these improvements will include the repair and replacement of the stucco façade at various areas, concrete repairs, sealant replacements, parking deck repairs, and a fresh coating. Noise levels may vary depending on the time of each arrival.

Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. Renter must be at least 18, and if not at least 25 years of age, an additional security deposit and photo ID will be required.
