About this property

La bourrine is not "on" the sea, but it is 40m from the sumptuous beach where you have access by a small private road. The house is on one level on an unfenced private garden of approximately 150m2. It consists of a bedroom, a living / dining area, a small shower room and a kitchen. The bedroom contains a large 160 bed made up of 2 80cm beds, but there is a sofa bed in the living room that can help out. It is located in the heart of a nest of old fishermen's houses, you have to walk in a hollow path of 200m before getting there.

Lovely relaxing cottage very close to the sea - one of the quieter beaches and a beautiful landscape. Very easy check-in and departure. Highly recommended.

Reposant

Calme, bel environnement : la plage, bien-sûr, mais également le jardin, que mon Chien et moi avons beaucoup apprécié. Le voisinage immédiat est sympathique (notamment la charmante dame d'en face ). Belles balades à proximité. Le sud de l'île est vite rejoint en voiture .

Petite maison humide et pas très propre

Proche de la plage et des commerces. Mais pas notre style de logement , mauvaise expérience. Petit jardin pas entretenu avec des petits animaux dont j'ai la phobie . ( lézards, crapauds). Peut-être que ce genre de location plaira a certains, mais pas à nous

Séjour début juin à Noirmoutier

Emplacement de reve

Vous arriverez dans une charmante maison à 30 m des plages mais un peu loin du centre on peut pas tout avoir. Avec des vélos ça fait l affaire. Petit cottage typique de l’île qui mériterait un entretien extérieur plus soigné. Confort minimum en cuisine literie fatiguée et mobilier d’un autre âge avec les odeurs qui vont avec… . Pas de 4G et chaîne téléviseur minimum. Pas le grand confort mais on s’adapte. Chaises tables et parasol permettent de profiter de l extérieur c’est bien. Tout ça dans un environnement très calme. Voilà

Petite bourrine sympathique

Ce n'est pas le grand confort, mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut. L'emplacement est idéal, au vieil, à 50 mètres d'une petite plage bien tranquille, et puis le Gustave café n'est pas très loin !

Idéale pour deux

Pour une première découverte de l'ile de Noirmoutier, La chance nous a fait tomber sur cette bourrine. Proche de Noirmoutier en Ile, des plages, du bois de la chaize, tout peut se faire à vélo sans avoir à pédaler des heures. Aller jusqu'au passage du Gois se mérite un peu plus, mais la localisation est Top. De plus la petite plage à laquelle on accède à pied depuis la maison est très peu fréquentée. Ce n'est pas le luxe d'un hôtel 4 étoiles, mais l'essentiel est là et c'est on se sent bien dans cette petite maison typique, idéale pour deux.

Une charmante petite maison

Calme parfait dans cette maison en retrait de la rue, accessible par un petit sentier bucolique, qui donne directement sur la page et la mer. A deux pas, le bourg du Vieil vous donne accès à un petit supermarché, deux restaurants, un bureau de tabac et la même la boutique d'un artiste, Tantine Berthe où vous pourrez craquer pour une belle lithographie.

Emplacement idéal

Ile magnifique, bourrine typique "dans son jus" idéalement placée, bonne literie. Quelques bemols : équipements de cuisine un peu fatigués, humidité forte et télé quasiment impossible à utiliser (pb d'antenne et de télécommande)

Petit paradis à Noirmoutier

Si vous aimez les hôtels chics avec jacuzzi spa ect... Passez votre chemin. Ici tout est authenticité : petite maison les pieds dans l eau (allez à 20m par un petit chemin superbe), donnant sur la belle plage du vieil. Le calme est calme la maison est bien équipée suffisante pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Nous y reviendrons c est sur
