Sea view cottage (4/6 people) 300 meters from sandy beaches

Ideally located between the beaches (400m) and the village of Plounéour-Trez (800m), the cottage offers the calm and comfort of a house.
The cottage has been completely renovated in 2019, new photos will enrich the page very soon!
It is very comfortable to spend a good holiday on the Côte des Légendes!

Description of the gîte
Ground floor :
- a large living room of 40m2 with open kitchen, living room and dining room.
- A bathroom (toilet, shower, washbasin)
- a garage (place for a car)

Floor:
- 1 bedroom: a 140 bed and dressing room
- 1 bedroom: a 180/200 bed and dressing room
Quality Bedding: The Large Bed
- 1 bedroom (1 bunk bed of 90 and 1 bed 140) + possibility a bed moreover
- A bathroom (bath, wc and double basins)

Outside:
- Courtyard side of 500 m2: parking, courtyard
- Garden side of 200 m2: Garden furniture, lawn

Kayak on request and free.

Sheets, duvets, covers ... and towels provided free of charge.
All the comfort of baby on request and free (stroller, bed, high chair, games, park ...) and possibility of babysitting.
The costs are all inclusive (water, electricity and tourist tax).
We can take care of the household after your departure for 60 euros.

Bel hébergement au bord de la mer

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans "la maison de Marie". En effet la maison est parfaitement bien située pour visiter cette belle Côtes des Légendes. La maison est joliment décorée, lumineuse et très bien équipée. C'était super ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil de Rozenn, ses infos rapides par sms et ses petites attentions. Merci, c 'était vraiment très sympa ! La région est très belle, il y a beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire. C'est sûr nous reviendrons !

Un weekend sur la côte des légendes

Nous avons passé un excellent weekend dans la maison de Marie. Les proprietaires sont aux petits soins et la maison est tres bien equipee. Les echanges avec les propriétaires sont tres faciles. A refaire!

Wonderful stay close to the sea

Warm Welcome, with lots of small things to help your stay (all toilet or cleaning things, cakes and cider...) very well equipped especially for children very safe, very close to the sea. Thehostess isveryctarming. This was a perfect place

Excellent séjour

Location très agréable. On est comme à la "maison". Rien ne manque, et de plus on profite des conseils de Rozen pour toutes les activités de la région. Si vous êtes plusieurs familles, ou nombreux, il y a un deuxième gîtes à disposition. Excellente adresse.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in herrlicher Lage

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in einem wunderschönen Haus

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem liebevoll und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus verbracht. Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt, Rozenn ist eine überaus freundliche Gastgeberin. Wunderschöner Strand fußläufig erreichbar, weitere in der Nähe. Schöne Küstenwanderwege, Ausflüge zu Inseln (z. B. Ile de Batz) und zum höchsten Leuchtturm Europas. Danke an Rozenn für diesen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in ihrem Haus und danke für die Tipps und Aufmerksamkeiten. Wir können es sehr empfehlen.

Une super location

La maison de Marie est vraiment très chouette. On s’y sent bien dès l’arrivée, grâce à la chaleur qui se dégage de cette maison. Tout est bien pensé et les attentions sont nombreuses (lits faits à l’arrivée, le nécessaire pour démarrer son séjour tranquillement). La vue est extra et la plage à proximité est magnifique. Nous avons adoré le coin et reviendront avec plaisir. Les hôtes sont charmants et flexibles. Tout est prévu pour les enfants : matériel bébé, jeux, libres. N’emportez rien il y a tout! A recommander ++

Parfaitement parfait

Par où commencer: tout d’abord les hôtes qui ont été d’une gentillesse et d’une bienveillance extraordinaire, de plus le fait de venir avec nos chiens de leur à poser aucun problème bien au contraire! La maison est parfaitement situé par rapport à la plage comme indiqué mais surtout tout est bien rénové avec le souci du détail et une décoration très réussi, rien ne manque tout à été pensé et bien pensé Bref une endroit de rêve avec des hôtes de rêves pour des vacances de rêve !

La maison de Marie

Wir waren Juli 2022 zu Gast im "Maison de Marie" und hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Umgebung, der Strand, das Meer, das Wetter (nicht typisch bretonisch, sondern Sonne satt) - alles stimmte. Und auch das Ferienhaus war genauso wie auf den Bildern des Inserats. La maison de Marie ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet mit einem liebevollen Blick für Details. Das Kinderzimmer ist zum Beispiel ein echter Hingucker. Wenn unsere Kinder noch jünger wären, hätten beide ihre Freude an den zahlreichen Spielsachen gehabt. Aber auch so haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Rozenn ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin und dank Google-Übersetzer klappte auch die Verständigung auf Anhieb. Kurzum: wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Un gîte parfait

Tout y est pour un super séjour. Rozenn, la propriétaire est tellement gentille, tellement bienveillante. Que ce soit avant le départ en vacances, pendant le sejour ou encore après le retour à la maison, elle se soucie du bien-être des locataires. Le gîte est très bien décoré et est très fonctionnel. Il est idéalement situé, proche de la plage. Nos chiens ont été très bien accueillis. Pour info, les chiens ne sont pas autorisés sur les plages du Finistère, jusqu'au 30 septembre , sauf sur la grande plage du Lividic. Nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner si nos projets vacances nous mènent a nouveau en Bretagne (ce qui semble être une évidence ). Merci pour tout Rozenn

Wunderschön

Wir wurden herzlich von ihre Familie empfangen. Super lustig und können gut gemischte Sprache/Gestik unterhalten. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, gut strukturiert. Es gibt genug Platz zum parken, im Garten gut gezäunt. Perfekt für die Kinder und Hunden. Wir als 4 köpfige Familie und zwei Irish Red Setter waren dort. Für die Kinder gibt es viele tolle Spielzeuge und Bücher auch wenn in französisch sind aber trotzdem die haben viel Spaß dort. Am Meer kann man von dem Haus gut sehen und ca. 5-8 Minuten Fußweg. Es gibt in der Nähe ein Bäckerei und kleinen Supermarkt die man schnell was besorgen kann. Wir können es empfehlen, wer Ruhe und gut zum ausschalten braucht ist dort der richtige. Man kann Ausflüge machen und viel am Strand spazieren gehen. Es ist zwar windig als wir dort waren, trotz viel Sonne bekommen! Die Vermieterin ist ein sehr sympathische Frau. Wir können jederzeit mit ihr kontaktieren. Sie ist immer erreichbar und eine ganz herzliche, verständliche Frau! ;) Wir kommen gern wieder.

Superbe séjour

Rozenn nous a accueilli avec le sourire et le soleil samedi dernier! La maison est juste splendide et décorée avec beaucoup de goût! Le luxe: 2 salles de bains et de chambres avec de grands lits ;-) la distance avec la mer aussi! Notre séjour à été parfait et nous a permis de découvrir une bien belle région (coup de cœur pour la petite ville de Roscoff et la randonnée dans les Abers). Schön renoviertes Ferienhaus in Strandnähe

Wir haben unsere zwei Ferienwochen in diesem ruhig gelegenen Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet (mit umzäuntem Garten, Terasse, neuen Bädern, Waschmaschine, Spielsachen für die Kinder). Den Kindern hat insbesondere das schön eingerichtete Zimmer mit dem Etagenbett gefallen. In der offenen Wohnküche habe wir gerne gekocht und dann an dem grossen Esstisch gemütlich zusammengesessen. Rozenn hat uns herzlich empfangen und bestens mit nützlichen Tipps versorgt. Die Strände in der näheren Umgebung sind traumhaft schön. Die Spaziergänge zum nahegelegenden Strand werden uns ebenfalls in guter Erinnerung bleiben.

Semaine au top!

Nous avons été vraiment très bien accueillis. La maison est très agréable à vivre et a été refaite avec beaucoup de goût et de qualité. Nous avons 3 enfants entre 2 et 7,5ans donc les espaces et les fonctionnalités sont importants. La maison a rempli tous les critères. L'environnement est également super! La plage est très proche (visible du jardin!), donc c'était un vrai plaisir d'aller y faire une balade le soir entre autres. Les propriétaires sont pleins d'attention pour s'assurer que tout va bien et nous informer d'éventuelles festivités. Pour des vacances dans le Finistère, nous recommandons très fortement cette maison pour ses grandes qualités ainsi que celles de ses propriétaires! Encore un grand merci pour cette semaine! Une vraie maison de vacances, séjour à refaire.

Maison très agréable que la propriétaire n'a pas hésité à décorer et équiper pour que ses touristes passent de bonnes vacances. Propriétaire par ailleurs très accueillante et disponible. La région est magnifique avec plein d'activités à faire. Que dire de plus sinon à refaire sans hésitation.

Une pépite !

Nous avons passé un week end formidable dans ce gîte idéalement conçu, tout y est et à été pensé pour faciliter le séjour , les enfants ont particulièrement apprécié les livres et jeux , la proximité de la plage est un vrai bonus !
