Completely new house of 85 m2 habitable with a heated swimming pool from MAY to END September private of 24 m2 in reinforced concrete.

Fully equipped kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor, central island with bar and bar stools, fridge with 3 freezer drawers, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, mixer.
Living room with dining room: convertible corner sofa, 107 cm flat screen, table with 8 chairs.

Bathroom with walk-in shower, wc and double sink, hair dryer, towel dryer.

Independent toilet.

Bedroom 1 and 2 with fitted wardrobes, each consisting of two 90x200 beds.
Bedroom 3 with integrated cupboard and a 160x200 bed.
A baby cot and a baby high chair are available.

Outside: 2 covered terraces. a terrace facing the swimming pool with a teak table with 6 chairs, a relaxation area with a sofa and a hammock on the second covered terrace.

Das Haus, die Lage am Ortsrand und die Umgebung sind großartig. Die Umgebung bietet eine Vielzahl an Wandermöglichkeiten. Der Ort Moustiers ist ein niedlicher Ort, der tagsüber von Touristen besichtigt wird, der viel Flair hat und der mit seinem kleinen Supermarkt auch den Tagesbedarf abdeckt. Das Haus liegt nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Zentrum. Es bietet alles, was wir als Familie brauchten. Natürlich stammen die Fotos aus dem Jahr der Erstellung. Der Vermieter war für uns gut erreichbar und sehr nett. Sehr unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Woche.

Très belle maison bien équipée.
Nous avons apprécié d'être prêt de tout .Pas besoin de sortir la voiture pour faire les courses. Boulangerie juste à côté et des balades à faire à partir de Moustiers. Merci au propriétaire pour ses conseils. Nos petits enfants ont appréciés la piscine. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt
Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und genauso, wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Der beheizte Pool hat den Kindern auch Anfang Oktober noch Spass gemacht. Der Parkplatz, dirket vor dem Eingang ist ebenso perfekt. Die Lage im Ort super zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Moustier ist traumhaft schön. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist unkompliziert und sehr nett gewesen, er ist immer gut erreichbar. Vielen Dank an Sylvain für die schöne Zeit !!! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekter Aufenthalt in Moustiers
Bessere Lage kaum möglich, von Stadtbummel direkt in den Pool. Sehr unkompliziert und nett. Alles was man braucht, grosses Bad und unschlagbarer Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.👍

A lovely new property.
A gemstone in a beautiful village. An immaculate house with great facilities, it was like staying in a new house. We stayed during a heatwave and the swimming pool was an absolute bonus.

Toller Urlaub
Wir haben eine Woche bei Sylvain verbracht und haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Super Lage. Schöne Aussicht. Und natürlich war der Pool ein besonderes Highlight. Aber die Wohnung ist auch sonst gut ausgestattet. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Fantastisch huis
Prachtig en gezellig huis. Schoon en smaakvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooie tuin met heerlijk zwembad waar we volop gebruik van hebben gemaakt. 3 minuten wandelen en je bent al in het mooie sfeervolle centrum van Moustiers. Eigenaar , Sylvain is erg gastvrij en behulpzaam. Wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug.

Séjour à Pâques dans un nid tout confort
La maison est très bien équipée avec le chauffage si le froid s'installe. Nous étions 3 adultes avec 2 adolescents - aucuns soucis de place. Vue magnifique pour une maison en plein village ! Parking à disposition pour 2 voitures très apprécié car pour visiter les gorges, la voiture est très pratique. Ce sont les petits détails et l'accueil de Sylvain qui font la grande différence. Amoureux de la nature et randonnée - allez-y hors saison - on a adoré. Je la recommande vivement. Prenez en soin. Susanne & amis

Emplacement idéal et très belles prestations
Jolie maison neuve à la déco très soignée. Tout est impeccable et fonctionnel. Grande terrasse couverte pour les repas, barbecue et jolie piscine avec une très belle vue. Le parking privé est précieux à Moustiers où les places sont rares. De plus, vous pourrez rayonner à pieds la maison étant très bien située. Moustiers est un ravissant village très animé. La région est magnifique avec d'innombrables possibilités de promenades et activités sportives. L'accueil est sympathique avec des petites attentions telles que bouquet de fleurs, petits gâteaux etc... La semaine est passée bien trop vite.

Wir haben dieses Ferienhaus geliebt. Es liegt zentral, ist aber doch ruhig. Der Pool ist klasse, auch die Ausstattung ist mehr als man erwartet. Alles recht neu, chic, schön! Vermieter sehr nett ! Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal da. SUPER!

Magnifique
Nous avons passé deux semaines de très belles vacances à Moustiers. Sylvain le propriétaire est très accueillant et dynamique. N'hésitez pas à lui demander des conseils sur la région et les randonnées. La maison est très confortable, spacieuse, moderne et très bien agencée et équipée. Idéale pour 6 personnes et à 200 m du centre de Moustiers. Le plus est bien sûr la piscine privée ( très agréable vu les températures), le jardin et aussi le parking privé. Moustiers est un village magnifique au coeur d'une région splendide que vous pouvez découvrir via diverses activités sportives ( randonnée, canyoning, parapente, kayak...) sans oublier les marchés et les artisans. A recommander sans aucune hésitation. Nous reviendrons certainement l'année prochaine. Encore un tout grand merci à Sylvain pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Pascal & famille

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Le logement est impeccable, les prestations sont d'un très haut niveau, il y a tout ce qu'il faut et l'accueil très sympathique. La piscine est propre, est très bien exposée. Le cadre idéal pour une semaine de repos!!!!

une location de rêve dans un village de rêve dans une region de rêve que dire de plus nous avons etait trés bien accueilli par sylvain le proprietaire nous etions 4 couples et un enfant de 2 ans et nous avions largement la place dans la location où rien ne manque,et une déco où chaque petit détail charme nos yeux le top c'est la piscine quel plaisir de se rafraichir le soir apres une journée à se balader dans les villages,et les differents sites que nous avons decouvert (lac d'esparron,lac de sainte-croix,le grand canyon,la pallud,sillans la cascade,etc......) moustiers est un tres beau village où il y a pas mal de festivités nous avons passé une semaine de vacances merveilleuse et c'est sûr nous reviendrons

Fantastique
La maison et sa situation son au top. Je recommande , jusqu'à 6 personnes sans le moindre problème. Vous pourrez oublier votre voiture pour tout ce qui se trouve à Moustier.
