Equestrian home / 3 bedroom house in the Loire Valley.

House / equestrian cottage in the countryside at the end of the owners' courtyard with usable riding career (under conditions) nearby. Ideal for six people and a baby.
Quiet environment.
House equidistant from Le Mans, Angers and Tours. Ideal location to visit the surroundings. The Zoo de la Flèche is 30mns away and the Le Mans circuit is 45mns away.

Room of life in RDC and TOILET. Washing machine, dishwasher, gas cooker and fridge-freezer equip the kitchen. Electric heating throughout the house and dry towel in the bathroom.
Baby equipment available: cot with mattress, high chair and for the older a bed barrier.
1st floor: three bedrooms and a bathroom. A large room with a double bed (140 by 190), a room with two beds of 90 and a last smaller room of 9M2 with a double bed of 130.
Adjoining garden not enclosed and car parking.

vacances en familles

Bon contact par téléphone, contact sur place simple et rapide en ce qui concerne nos hôtes. Pour le gite plus dessus , pourtant les commentaires de mes prédécesseurs donnaient envie. Le dernier était de 1 an , est ce que l'absence de clients lié au covid en n'est la cause ??? Odeur persistante au rez de chaussé, dernière marche de l'escalier couleur du sol dangereux en pleine nuits, ménage bâclé et mur sale, salle de bain à revoir pas facile pour prendre une douche rien pour accrocher le pommeau. Dommage lieux sympathique et calme pour amoureux de la nature.

Bien au niveau emplacement pour visiter le zoo

Gîte adapté pour aller visiter le zoo mais isolé de tout. Nous avions tout prévu pour nos repas (heureusement froids car la propreté des ustensiles de cuisine particulièrement usés laisse à désirer). Pour faire notre café : impossible ! Une cafetière qui semble t t'il n'a jamais été détartrée ,et le "grand ménage " ne semblait pas avoir été fait à fond.

Idéal pour des balades

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour, malgré le temps qui n'était pas idéal. La location est très bien située dans une magnifique région. Elle est fonctionnelle, avec une très bonne literie qui permet un repos très appréciable. La propriétaire est bien sympa et repond présent dès qu'on la sollicite (merci pour la fenêtre 😉). On recommande !

Nous avons choisi cet emplacement pour la proximité du zoo de la flèche à environ 30 min. La maison a tout le nécessaire. Les propriétaires sont à côté et sont réactifs en cas de besoin

Séjour au calme

2nuits au calme. Logement efficace, pièce de vie au rdc, 3vrais chambres à l'étage. Bien équipé notamment pour la cuisine ce qui est tjs appréciable. Pour les activités proches 30min du zoo de la flèche, visite des domaines viticoles de Bourgueil 30min.

Logement ultra équipé au calme et proche de tout

Super accueil des propriétaires. Beau et grand logement, avec un kit d accueil. Le gîte est équipé plus qu’il ne le faut. Nous n avons manqué de rien! Bonne literie. Logement au calme c’est très agréable et en plus très bien situé. C’est une adresse que nous recommandons et que nous garderons! Merci encore aux propriétaires!

Pour celui qui recherche le calme celui qui veux voire une belle nuit avec un ciel super dégager pour admirer les étoiles ces le lieu idyllique
