The washer and dryer are located at the side entry door for the convenience of dropping of swimsuits and beach gear. The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large pantry. The dining room table seats 6 and the bar has stools for additional seating. 

The second floor features a bedroom on each side of the house. There is a guest ensuite with a king-size and a set of twin bunks. This floor also has a king ensuite that has a twin bed as well and each is equipped with TVs and ample closet space.

The third floor features the fourth bedroom with a twin bed and a set of full bunks. This room is also ensuite and perfect for the kids to have space away from the adults. There is also a cozy sitting room on this floor that has a loveseat and a wet bar and opens to the large veranda to take in the beautiful sunsets as you enjoy dinner and drinks. The sights of Seacrest and the gulf views are amazing from this floor!

3) This property has 4 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
