Cottage renovated, neat, spacious and comfortable for 6 people, in a quiet village 1km from the sea, just 10 minutes from Saint Vaast la Hougue (favorite village of the French 2019).

House of 130m² comprising on the ground floor a large living room with open kitchen fully equipped, a master suite consists of a bedroom with bed 160 and TV, dressing room and bathroom furnished, equipped with a shower. Separate WC.
On the floor, mezzanine arranged in room relaxation and 2 rooms with bed of 140 and TV.
In the basement, gym and bodybuilding.

Access to the terrace, facing south, by a large bay window. Beautiful landscaped garden around the house. Courtyard and closed garage for parking cars. Ground of 1000m ².

Equipment: Fridge, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, washing machine, TV in each room and in the gym, internet / wifi. Wood stove. Board and iron. Baby cot. Barbecue.

Ideally located, just 10 minutes from St-Vaast-la-Hougue and Tatihou Island, 15 minutes from Barfleur ranked 3rd most beautiful village in France and 15 minutes from the landing beaches (Utah Beach).

Confortable house near beatiful sites in Normandy

Very nice stay, we loved St. Vaast de la Hougue, Barfleur, and places around, lots of things to do. The house served perfectly for our 5 persons family.

Comfortable stay

The house is nice, calm and clean. The communication with the owner was without problem and promptly. The weather was sadly not great and indoor activities are rare in the area, therefore only the 4 stars for the area. And

Smaakvol en comfortabel verblijf

Neatly and comfortably furnished with tasteful colours. Fluffy towels in the well appointed bathroom. Plenty of storage space for clothes. It's also nice that cutlery, cups, etc. are not 'surplus', but new and complete. An extra garden table would be useful to avoid moving the garden table from the front terrace to the large, beautiful garden around. We spent fine holidays here!

Un gite impeccable

Le gite est situé dans un petit village, très calme, à proximité de Saint-Vaast, Barfleur et les plages du débarquement. De quoi faire d'intéressantes visites à au maximum une trentaine de km. La maison elle-même est très agréable, décoration moderne, généreuse tant par ses prestations (literie, cuisine, appareils ménagers) que par l'attitude sympathique des propriétaires. Nous recommandons sans réserve.

Ruhiges Haus nahe Utah Beach

Wir hatten schöne Sommerferien in der Normandie. Das Haus war eine gute Basis für unsere Ausflüge auf der Halbinsel Cotentin. Die DDay Strände und Museen sind nahbei. Zum Surfen fährt man besser ca. 50 Minuten an die Westküste. Tolle Sandstrände und Wellen dort. Die Kanalinseln Jersey und Guernsey sind auch als Tagestour von der Westküste gut machbar. Wir waren auf Jersey und haben eine Radtour unternommen. Die Normandie ist aber sehr schön, so dass man die Kanalinseln nicht zwingend besuchen muss. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle Unterkunft nah am Meer mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenhalt in diesem sehr schönen und modernen Ferienhaus. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Großer Garten, Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche und drei Schlafzimmer. Zu erwähnen wäre vielleicht, dass es nur eine Toilette gibt.Was bei mehrern Personen eine gute Absprache vorraussetzt.Nächste Einkaufsmöglichekeit 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Meer ist 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht. In der ganzen Gegend kann man viel entdecken und erleben. Besonders der geschichtliche Apsekt mit all den Museen und Friedhöfen etc. Wir werden bestimmt noch mal in Haus von Emanuelle und Alban unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Leuke en prettig huis in mooie omgeving

Huis was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien met oa prima werkende WIFI. Ideaal gelegen voor een bezoek aan de D-day stranden, maar ook Mont-Saint-Michel is prima te doen. Supermarkt en bakker op ~10min rijden. Goede en duidelijke communicatie met huiseigenaar.

Urlaub mit persönlicher Note

Es war ein Urlaub einfach nur zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen. In einem sehr geschmackvoll (auch farblich) und persönlich eingerichteten Haus war es sehr leicht "runterzukommen". Angefangen von traumhaften Schlafzimmern (Matratzen härter als gewohnt --> für uns sehr gut) über eine offene Küche mit Kochinsel, ein super gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit schönem Fernblick bis zur nach Süden gelegenen Terrasse, die wir sehr oft genutzt haben. Die Krönung war das Ankleidezimmer neben dem Bad. Jedes Fenster im Erdgeschoss hat elektrische Jalousien. In der Garage gute Waschmaschine und einen Gefrierschrank. Auch das WLAN hat eine ordentliche Geschwindigkeit. Alles in allem eine top Unterkunft. Es lohnt sich Fahrräder mitzunehmen. So lassen sich die besuchten Städte einfacher erkunden. Wir waren z.B. mit den Rädern in Cherbourg. Die nächste Bäckerei und 2 Supermärkte sind 5-6 km entfernt - mit dem Rad gut zu schaffen. Eine Fahrt um das Kap La Hague lohnt sich (mit dem Auto). Wir wünschen den Inhabern alles Gute und bedanken uns für den Aufenthalt. S + R

De woning is heel rustig gelegen maar ook goed gelegen als vertrekpunt voor verschillende mooie uitstappen. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig , heel netjes en heel gezellige inrichting. De communicatie verliep heel vlot en vriendelijk. Bij aankomst stond een aangename attentie voor ons klaar. We beleefden een topvakantie in deze mooie streek en heel aangenaam vakantiehuis.

Belle semaine de vacances dans une belle maison

Mon mari, ma fille et moi avons passé une belle semaine dans cette maison très confortable, chaleureuse et accueillante. Tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin est disponible dans la maison. Le calme et la verdure environnante sont source d apaisement. Nous avons sillonne chaque jour dans la région et étions contents de retrouver notre nid à la fin de la journée. Les propriétaires sont facilement joignables et très à l'écoute. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cette location.

Topvakantie

Zeer mooie woning met alle nodige voorzieningen. Gelegen in een rustige straat. Dicht bij de zee. Een ideale uitvalbasis om met de fiets tochtjes te doen. Heel veel mooie dorpjes en steden in de buurt. Eén van de mooiste streken in Frankrijk.

Wunschlos glücklich in der Normandie

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in der ländlichen Region der Normandie verbracht. Das Haus liegt in einem Dorf mit umgebender Landwirtschaft und Tieren, die einen täglich begrüßen. Es ist sehr schön modern und gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht und noch mehr. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern ist sehr gut. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen!
