Covered parking in the basement. Air conditioning as a whole. Located 3 minutes from the center, shops and docks, 20 minutes from Collioure on foot. Bus at 1 euro throughout the department. End of stay cleaning to be carried out.

Perfect place!!

This place is perfect! So clean and well equipped! The balcony was heaven, with a gorgeous view. It was the best place for our week in Port Vendres, check in was easy, everything went really smoothly. We hope to come back. It was a very special week!

Locatie is midden in het dorp.Wij waren vooraf niet geïnformeerd dat werkzaamheden aan het balkon van de bovenburen zou plaatsvinden.Maandag,dinsdag en woensdag was een hoogwerker pal voor het balkon aanwezig en werd er geboord, geslepen en geschuurd.Forse geluidsoverlast en stevige inbreuk op een prettig verblijf.Weliswaar een tegemoetkoming van enkele flessen wijn kon echter de teleurstelling niet wegnemen.Vakantieadres had in deze week niet verhuurd mogen worden.

Appartement très agréable

Appartement moderne et fonctionnel avec deux terrasses dont une avec une jolie vue sur la ville et sur le port . Il se situe très près du port de plaisance à pied avec les restaurants et commerces de proximité. Le contact pour la remise des clés avec Emmanuelle s'est très bien passé. Merci pour les échanges de messages et sa ponctualité. Le garage en sous-sol est un plus, indispensable car le stationnement est difficile dans les petites rues de la vielle ville. Très bon séjour dans une région magnifique.

La situation de l'appartement et ses prestations sont parfaites. Rien à redire, superbes conditions d'accueil et de départ. Tout est à proximité, les deux terrasses agréables avec des fonctions différentes. Nous y reviendrons tellement c'est de grande qualité.

Parmi les locations (2 personnnes ) sur Port Vendres celle-ci a retenu toute notre attention...et nous avons eu raison. Bel appartement dans une résidence bien entretenue avec place de parking en sous-sol. L'appartement, à 2 volées de marches du centre, est meublé avec goût, la décoration discrete. Le coin cuisine bien équipé. L'absence de lave-vaisselle n'est pas remarquée. L'appartement est super propre jusque dans les recoins. La vue dégagée devant comme derrière est conforme aux photos. L'accueil par Emmanuelle est tout simplement top : Ponctualité, efficacité, disponibilité, amabilité. Habitués de Port Vendres nous reviendrons dans cette location.
