From the living room, you descend 3 steps to access a terrace (30 m²) and a garden (45 m²) with 2 garden furniture. Private entrance on the street side and parking along the house.

2nd apartment:
Your duplex apartment on the 1st floor comprises on a 1st level: large living room (sea and beach view) with attractive fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200) and (2 single beds 90x200), separate wc .

Upstairs: beautiful relaxation and games area with 2nd T.V. 1 bedroom (1 160x200 bed), shower room (shower) and separate wc. Terrace (30 m²) and patio (45 m²) directly overlooking the beach. Private entrance on the side of the house, parking along the house.

Lovers of the sea, the beach and relaxation will be spoiled with its Jacuzzi for 6 people installed directly on the terrace for a breathtaking view of the bay of St Efflam. This space is private and reserved for adults. The jacuzzi is an optional extra, not included in the reservation.
