I'm a real estate developer from Hampton Roads Virginia. Best known for having seven amazing kids and an extraordinary wife. We live in three cities. That's our elaborate plan for stalking our kids. They live in cities we like. We do development there and provide great places for others to come home too.
Why they chose this property
You can be in the middle of everything Nashville in 10 minutes. You can slip back home in minutes no matter how crowded the city is. When I saw this home it took less than five minutes to decide to buy it. I wanted to enjoy Nashville without the drama of getting in and out of town. I wanted a place where my friends could come to my place to enjoy indoor and outdoor celebrations. I figured I wouldn't be the only one who was looking for the best kind of Nashville experience.
What makes this property unique
You could walk out of Titan stadium at the end of a game or a great night on Broadway. You can easily walk in your front door ten minutes matter how crazy busy it is downtown. If you Uber , the trip would cost about $7.00
