Perfectly situated in a friendly community in Old Town Scottsdale, with the ability to walk to shopping, bars, spring training, the Culinary Festival, the Scottsdale Waterfront, boutiques, galleries, some of the hottest restaurants in town and more!

ACCOMMODATIONS:
★Bedroom:
Sleep soundly on a plush queen-size mattress with memory foam topper. The bedroom also includes a wall mounted flat screen 40" HDTV, ceiling fan, USB charging stations with 3 USB ports and 3 outlets on each side of bed, walk-in closet, and an Amazon Echo Dot to have Alexa play your favorite music and wake you up with a pleasing alarm.
★Kitchen:
The kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances and is equipped to cook a gourmet meal or just a TV dinner! Refrigerator, oven with glass cooktop, microwave, toaster, and Keurig with a large selection of beverages are all available. The kitchen also includes creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Please note that the complex does not allow garbage disposals, so please throw away your food scraps!
★Living Room:
Relax on the comfortable sofa (queen bed sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress) and extra cozy recliner in the living room while enjoying the large 55" 4k TV with all sorts of streaming services (your login). Cable TV with DVR, a Blu-Ray player, and an Amazon Echo Dot with Alexa services round out the entertainment options. Open the balcony doors to bring the outside in and enjoy the wide open space.
★Bathroom:
The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, soaps, hair dryer, Q-Tips, cotton balls, makeup removers, and bath linens. Extra linens are found in the hall closet.
★Balcony:
The private balcony is a perfect setting for meals or just relaxing after a fun filled day exploring the Scottsdale area.
★Complex:
The complex includes a large heated pool steps away from the condo. A ping pong table is located in the pool area. The laundry room is located on the same level as the condo, right around the corner. The clubhouse contains a cardio room and sauna downstairs, and some weights and a pool table with stereo upstairs. The backside of the clubhouse features the spa and a beautiful sitting area. The closest grills are located just east of the pool area.

★Keypad entry allows check-in at any time after 3PM (24 hour check-in).
★Check-out by simply telling the Virtual Concierge Service "we're checking out".
★Digital Guest Welcome Book with instructions, HOA rules and regulations, tips, and owner's recommendations.

I am a huge sports and music fan, but not of the teams you may think. Before moving to Philly I lived in North Jersey where my love for the Yankees and Giants was born. I graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Harvard of the West, Arizona State University! As a lover of all technology, I am slowly adding smart devices to the condo. Cynthia enjoys her Buckeyes football and is a self proclaimed foodie. She can give you plenty of recommendations for her favorite restaurants within walking distance to the condo. She has a degree in Hospitality Management with a focus on Hotels from THE Ohio State University. Hospitality is her passion, and as such you will receive high service and quality.
We both love traveling but also enjoy the beautiful winters here in Arizona. Our favorite countries visited include Greece, Italy, and France.

Why they chose this property
We purchased this condo because we love the Old Town Scottsdale area. Cynthia lived here before we got married, and once we were married and lived together we thought it would be awesome to share the amazing location and amenities with others so they can enjoy it as much as we do!
What makes this property unique
We love the location of our condo. We can walk to all the different shops, galleries, bars, restaurants, and attractions that Old town Scottsdale has to offer! A perfect Saturday is walking to breakfast on a patio, then back to the condo for some pool time. Then walk to one of our favorite restaurants for a delicious meal, and then back to the condo to unwind on the patio looking at the beautiful pool view.
