About this property

Beautiful 18th century farmhouse, recently renovated, with covered swimming pool

The house of Baudron is a beautiful 18th century farmhouse recently renovated, facing south and overlooking a beautiful valley at the top of which you can enjoy the diversity and warm colors of the Angevin grove. Surrounded by vast green spaces and trees, this large cottage has a nice orchard with local varieties of apples, pears, mirabelle plums and peaches, and a nice pool of water (surrounded by a fence) on which you can fish leisurely. The house has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 15 people. The outdoor pool (9x4m), facing south, is completely private and secure. It can be heated on demand and is open seasonally.

Practical arrangements:
A deposit of 1000 € for the rental and a deposit of 150 € for cleaning / selective sorting will be requested at the entrance of the premises, checks not cashed without reason.
Options: Cleaning (150 €), Sheets, Towels, Central Heating and Pool (9X5m pool open in season)

Déçus

Gîte qui paraissait top sur les photos, mais il est très sombre. Pas hyper propre, et au final qui revient cher car c’est une première tout est en supplément le chauffage, le chauffage de la piscine, le bois ce qui si on cumule donne un gîte bien trop cher ! Nous avons eu de la pluie, l’accès à un des gîtes a été complètement sous l’eau car il fallait traverser un terrain avec 10cm d’eau. Bref pour en avoir fait pas mal, c’est le moins bien que l’on ai eu

Lieu au calme

Lieu isolé, parfait pour venir entre copains. La maison est bien équipée. La piscine est grande et propre. Nous avons eu un petit souci à notre arrivée, réglé dès le début du week-end par Paul, qui a su intervenir rapidement.

Très bien mais deux points à améliorer

Le gîte est vraiment top, on était 25 (famille et amis) pour un anniversaire, le coin est top. Deux éléments à améliorer dans le gîte le four à pain. Plus de rideaux pour la lumière du jour car la chambre à l"étage n'a pas de rideaux. Et également les toilettes sèches du gîte n'était pas propre donc odeur très forte Mais le reste était parfait Merci pour tout

Séjour a la campagne en mars

Le gite est tres bien équipée pour un grand groupe et est tres chaleureux. Les jeunes ont appréciés le baby foot, le billard et ping pong et la sortie au refuge de l'arche a proximité. C'est un lieu reposant dans la campagne.

J'y ai fêter mon anniversaire entourée de ma famille et mes amis, superbe gîte, très joli, aussi agréable à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Les enfants ont adoré également et la piscine est superbe ! Nous avons passé un week-end inoubliable !

séjour très agréable

Nous étions 22 personnes et nous avons eu un week-end ensoleillé donc nous avons profité des extérieurs (piscine,table de ping pong).C'est un endroit très tranquille car la propriété se trouve au bout d'un chemin sans voisin à proximité. Par contre j'enlève une étoile pour la propreté car nous aurions appréciés que les fauteuils et tables extérieurs soient propres .

Maison un peu sombre quand le temps est gris/pluvieux. Bcp d'espace pour profiter en famille. Attention prévoir (sac poubelle, torchons, liquide vaisselle). Accueil très agréable du propriétaire.

Réception exécrable. Cet administrateur de biens est malaimable et méprisant. La propreté était en option. Un frigo était sale. L autre sentait le poisson. Des toiles d araignées, poussière etc...Fuite d eau dans la cuisine. Des lattes de bois qui se décollent dans notre chambre et la fenêtre qui ne ferme pas. Nous avons profité de la piscine, mais le prix est exorbitant pour si peu

Semaine en famille

La maison est au bout d’une route donc très au calme. Petit bémol : nous avons été envahis par une quantité astronomique de mouches et de guêpes. La maison dispose de 2 parties bien séparées mais toutefois il manque des sanitaires à l’étage . La piscine a été très appréciée par les petits comme les grands en cette période de canicule.

Super séjour entre amis

Belle et grande demeure avec un bel espace à vivre et des équipements pour se divertir : table de ping-pong, piscine, billard, babyfoot etc... Un bel espace extérieur. Un séjour confortable. Isolée en campagne.

Fijne locatie om vakantie te vieren.

Nette woning en wij hebben fijn kunnen vertoeven in dit woonhuis. De communicatie met de verhuurder, tijdens verblijf gaat het makkelijkst via whats-app, maar kan ook via de mail. Het is aan te raden om het zwembad wel te laten verwarmen, anders is het water aan de frisse kant. Het is een fijne omgeving met veel rust en waar vanuit je alle kanten op kunt om leuke dingen te doen.
