Our completely furnished top floor luxury condo anxiously awaits you. It boasts an ideal location which allows you, once you're here to be only steps away from having sand between your toes! The two bedroom jewel is nestled in Indian Rocks Beach with beautiful views and the inside has been furnished with you, our guests in mind. Relaxation begins the minute you walk in the door.

Watch TV in the living area and walk right into our master bedroom which offers a comfy king bed. The decor will have you feel at home immediately. The other bedroom is conveniently equipped with two twins and there's a bonus queen pull out sofa. You are provided with all the dishes, silverware, glasses for use along with a fully equipped kitchen for a whole experience. Create memories, tell stories and have laughs out on the balcony, put your feet up! You deserve it. Eat in at the condo and have a drink at bars conveniently located nearby or dine at restaurants that are just a walk away.

Relaxing and very beautiful view.

Just 6 nights but loved the sound of the waves. Two flight’s of stairs, I’m Usmc service disabled and require a walker, steps are worth the stay

Indian Rocks Beach Condo

The condo is located in a nice neighborhood and is in close proximity to the beach via public access. It has a good setup inside with kitchen supplies, extra sheets and blankets, and many beach supplies including an umbrella, wagon, and chairs. Our only complaint is that we pick places based off their cleanliness rating, and we were disappointed in this condo. We spent about an hour cleaning surfaces when we first got there. The handles of the cabinets and light switches were visibly brown and there was residual drink stains on some of the furniture. There is a thick layer of dust on the kitchen light so we didn’t use it. There was hair on the bathroom floor, wall, and dining room chairs. Overall, this unit could use a deep cleaning.

Family Trip

We had a wonderful stay. Nice, big open floor plan with lots of light coming in from the balcony sliding door windows. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Very big kitchen. The property manager messaged us to make sure we were satisfied and had everything we needed, which was really nice. Best part, steps away from the beach. The only thing we had an issue with was the bathroom sink design is very high, we are short (5’6) and a step stool would be needed for kids. Not a really big deal though. Overall, we’d definitely recommend the condo and would love to stay here again.

Cute Gem!

Property was just as listed. Adam was punctual with any needs that we had. Property had a door code for entry which was helpful. There were also two large beach umbrellas and several beach chairs for use. The balcony gave great views of the ocean and was shaded most of the day. Access to the beach was easy and just steps away from the property’s door.

Wonderful condo on Indian Rocks beach

My family and I had a wonderful vacation, and this was the perfect location for us. Spacious, and only steps away from the beach. I especially appreciated the beach accessories including chairs and large canopy/umbrella. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles da, was man benötigt. Es sind jede Menge Strandhandtücher und Strand-equipment vorhanden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist grossartig, wirklich nur Schritte vom Strand entfer t. Der einzige kleine Nachteil sind die zwei steilen und sehr engen Treppen zur Wohnung.

Indian Rocks... rocks!

Have never been to this part of Florida. Indian Rocks was the perfect location, relatively quiet but just a short drive to everything else. The unit nicely appointed, good space, comfortable. A short walk to the beach. The condo had everything one might need.

The condo is on the beach side of the street, a few steps from the beach access. The place is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Loved the view from the balcony! We enjoyed our stay.

Great location

We were very happy with this property. The location was great, only steps from the beach. There was some construction next door, but it wasn’t too disruptive. The property manager was very responsive and polite. We love the IRB area. It’s close enough to Clearwater or St Pete Beach, if you want a busier area with more restaurant or shopping options, but also has some great local restaurants and is much quieter, with smaller crowds and a quieter beach experience. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. We would stay here again.

Great condo and easy access to beach

We had a great stay at this condo. It was spacious and had the amenities we needed. We cook while on vacation and had a great kitchen to do so. The king sized bed was comfortable. It was nice to have a balcony as well to sit outside. We walked to Beach Waves Grill for a couple of meals, which was great. Parking is covered which is another plus. The unit had beach chairs etc but we did not use them as we had borrowed some from friends. There is a washer/dryer to use in the unit if you need it. The only thing we wished this unit had was a keyless entry.
